Pretty simple to use and the printing is quick. The app would be better if it was fully adapted for French speakers though - why are there still English phrases like happy birthday instead of joyeux anniversaire? We're in France after all!

Great site for creating photo books. The paper quality and printing are excellent, and the colors come out really nicely. One thing I noticed though is that it's missing some features that the American photo sites have.

I call PhotoBox each year to make my photo album and they've helped me stick with the same look - A4 landscape format with extra thick pages. PhotoBox, I sent you all the information you requested including my order details and you promised a refund in your response. So why haven't you actually done it? Stop sending me those automatic replies because it's clear you don't really care about helping customers. If anyone's thinking about using this company for photo prints, go somewhere else instead because they say one thing and do another and that's just not right.

Got my two books in the mail today and I have to say they don't look nearly as good as what Bonusprint used to make. Plus I paid a lot more for them. The online support staff aren't as knowledgeable as the Bonusprint team was either. I think it's a system issue though, since they mentioned they can't access customer accounts so they can't really help the way they should. Bonusprint had amazing support.
