If purchasing multiple camera items, check whether the store offers bundle deals that might provide better value than buying items individually with a code.
Many retailers offer exclusive discounts or early access to sales for subscribers. Check whether Photobox France provides email notifications about upcoming promotions and new codes.

Photobox France Reviews
Photobox France receives polarized feedback, with half of shoppers giving five-star ratings and praising the quality of photo albums and prints, fast printing, quick delivery, and excellent packing. Customers particularly appreciate the paper quality, color output, and ease of use for creating photo books. However, the other half of reviews highlight notable concerns: roughly a third of shoppers rate the service one star, citing issues with shipping delays that exceed expectations, declining print quality compared to previous orders, and missing features available on international versions of the site. Some shoppers also note that the app lacks full French localization, with English phrases appearing where French translations should be used.
The store presents a mixed experience where quality and service can vary significantly between orders. While repeat customers report satisfaction with consistent results, newer or occasional buyers may encounter longer-than-promised shipping times and feel the feature set is limited compared to competitors. The pricing is generally viewed as fair for the product quality delivered, but reliability and consistency appear to be areas where Photobox France could improve to earn stronger overall satisfaction.
I was really impatient waiting for this to show up. When it finally did, I discovered another issue: the print quality isn't as good as it was on an order I placed years ago. I'm hoping you'll look at this feedback and maybe improve things.
Pretty simple to use and the printing is quick. The app would be better if it was fully adapted for French speakers though - why are there still English phrases like happy birthday instead of joyeux anniversaire? We're in France after all!
Fantastic photo album from PhotoBox and I absolutely love it! Really great packing, arrived super fast, definitely recommending to everyone! Perfect service all around.
Great site for creating photo books. The paper quality and printing are excellent, and the colors come out really nicely. One thing I noticed though is that it's missing some features that the American photo sites have.
I call PhotoBox each year to make my photo album and they've helped me stick with the same look - A4 landscape format with extra thick pages. When I fill it up with all my photos, it turns out absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to store their photos in a real, tangible way instead of just scrolling through them on a phone with your family and friends.
The pricing feels right for what you're getting, and honestly the quality really is pretty good. Everything looks nice overall, but shipping took longer than I would've expected.
PhotoBox, I sent you all the information you requested including my order details and you promised a refund in your response. So why haven't you actually done it? Stop sending me those automatic replies because it's clear you don't really care about helping customers. If anyone's thinking about using this company for photo prints, go somewhere else instead because they say one thing and do another and that's just not right.
Everything ran smoothly, the shipping was fast and reliable, the final product was really well made, and they handled my follow-up order just as well. Appreciate it.
Got my two books in the mail today and I have to say they don't look nearly as good as what Bonusprint used to make. Plus I paid a lot more for them. The online support staff aren't as knowledgeable as the Bonusprint team was either. I think it's a system issue though, since they mentioned they can't access customer accounts so they can't really help the way they should. Bonusprint had amazing support.
I picked out a photo album with 120 pages that was listed at 48 euros, finished filling it with my photos, and then got hit with a bill for 158 euros because apparently there are extra charges for additional pages. I'm completely confused about how this pricing works.
Thanks to this app I'm finally able to make my photo albums without needing someone else to help me out.
Total nightmare. After PhotoBox switched over to their new platform, my entire photo library got totally messed up. I had 15 years of carefully organized photos sorted by year, occasion, and event, and somehow they all got dumped into one massive album with no organization. My kids' baby pictures are jumbled together, vacation photos mixed with birthday shots, Christmas memories all over the place - we're talking about more than 10,000 photos here. Some did move to different albums, but they've got completely wrong dates on them, like photos showing 2026! I've reached out to support multiple times and either get generic template responses that don't actually address what I asked or they just say there's nothing they can do. This has been incredibly frustrating, especially since I've been using PhotoBox for over a decade. I feel betrayed by a company I trusted with my most precious memories and I'm really upset about how they've handled this.
It's a shame because there were quite a few things you could do with the old version that just aren't possible anymore.
The album app could work a lot better. It's not easy to navigate when you want to make changes to the page layout. If you're working with a larger album size, you can't seem to switch the format around.
Ordered through PayPal and the payment went through quickly, but it confirmed an old address and email that I no longer use. I tried to fix it within the time window, but the system wouldn't let me create an account or make any changes. For the last 4 days I've been trying to reach their customer service with no luck. They only have an AI chatbot that doesn't actually help and can't handle anything beyond basic questions. The phone line almost never connects and when it does you're on hold forever. Four days of frustration over one simple mistake. The whole experience has been terrible.
