Nearly impossible to reach customer service without having purchased something specific. Be cautious with Instacart orders, particularly in my city. On multiple occasions my order has been marked as pending delivery only to vanish completely. Being disabled made this delivery option crucial to me until things went downhill. Perhaps my orders weren't substantial enough. Perhaps the gratuity wasn't adequate. This persistent problem gets ignored by Instacart, leading me to think they're perfectly fine with it.

After 29 years of being a member here with zero complaints, something finally went wrong last month and I'm really disappointed. Someone charged me nearly $35 from a company I've never done business with. I notified the credit card company and explained the situation. They basically told me it was my problem and to contact the merchant myself. When I called that company, the person couldn't even explain why I was charged, only that they had part of my card number and my last name. The only thing they offered was to stop charging me in the future. I wrote back to the credit card issuer again, insisting it wasn't a legitimate charge and asking about getting a replacement card since my information might be compromised. They essentially said they don't believe me, which feels really offensive. My credit history is perfect and this treatment hurt.

Purchased a camping stove at what seemed like a great deal but never got a confirmation or order number. When I looked into my account, found out that email address was never registered. The site where I made the purchase vanished, though I later spotted the same product advertised under a different name. Definitely stay away from this.

Nothing to complain about with Costco. The pricing is fantastic, returns are hassle-free, and everything is top quality. Even their house brand Kirkland stuff comes from major manufacturers. Their batteries are actually made by a well-known brand, same with their fiber supplements, but you get more product for less money. They even took back a turkey I'd had frozen for over four years. They processed the return without question and didn't try to resell it. Costco is legitimately the best. They keep raising the bar higher and higher for themselves.

Hard to understand why folks leave negative comments. It's clearly a strong business with great principles and fantastic customer support. Would definitely recommend.

I've visited locations in Connecticut, Texas, California, and New Jersey and have nothing but praise. I want to especially mention a couple of team members who've consistently exceeded expectations whenever I've needed advice. Nick, the general manager at one of the warehouses, stepped in not once but twice to solve my problems quickly and thoroughly. Ryan manages the tire center and has assisted me numerous times with vehicle needs like batteries and tire service, always going above and beyond what's expected.

Puzzled by the poor ratings this place has been getting. I stopped by the pharmacy section today and received outstanding service. I needed three vaccinations and the entire staff was incredibly supportive and made the process smooth. This was my final stop after contacting numerous other facilities with no success, and it turned out perfectly. I normally prefer another major pharmacy chain, but honestly they didn't come close to matching this experience.

Not sure why this location has such bad ratings online. Went in today for some vaccines at their pharmacy and the team took excellent care of me. I got three shots done and everyone was supportive and caring the whole time. After calling around to seven other places without luck, this ended up being my last option and turned out to be the best one. Thought I'd have better luck at another chain pharmacy where I usually go, but that wasn't the case at all. Their location was actually the worst choice.

They were extremely cautious with the equipment during setup and confirmed everything was working correctly before leaving. The workspace was left clean with all materials properly disposed of. Both workers did an outstanding job and I really appreciate it.

When they arrived, they were extremely careful during installation and made sure everything was running properly before heading out.
