The product photos on their site are clearly artificial and don't match what actually arrives. I ordered something that looked like a nice knit material in the pictures, but it came as a regular sweatshirt with a printed design. Not even close to the photo. I was disappointed since it wasn't cheap, and the description said cozy knit mini hoodie when it was actually just cheap sweatshirt fabric.

Give them a zero if possible. They wouldn't accept a return on an unopened item, said the window was only 7 days. Since we're 3 hours away for a volunteer fire department, making a special trip to return a 100 dollar item wasn't practical. It's no wonder they're struggling. Glad there's someone in corporate actually taking care of customers, because this location's staff certainly wasn't.
