I bought a Samsung Z Flip 6 in October 2024, and a year later in October 2025 the main display started having problems. I contacted Samsung and they walked me through troubleshooting. By March 2026 the screen quit working completely. When I took it in, Samsung confirmed there's no water damage or physical damage, but they wanted to charge me $460 for a screen replacement. They won't repair it for less and instead offered a 10% discount on a new purchase. This isn't the kind of customer service I'd expect, and the durability of the phone is disappointing.

When they disagree with your posts, they take them down. I understand now why people are leaving Samsung in droves. I'm thinking twice about purchasing anything else from them. The reason people leave is clear, and they're significantly lagging when it comes to software updates.

They remove posts that don't fit what they want to see, and it's obvious why customers are abandoning Samsung. I've decided not to purchase from them anymore. The company is losing people rapidly, and frankly they're way behind on getting security updates out.

They delete posts if they don't approve of them, which explains why so many people are moving away from Samsung. I'm planning to avoid buying their products going forward. People are leaving for good reasons, and it's clear they're significantly behind on releasing security patches.

This deserves zero stars if that were possible! Samsung sent me a voucher for fifty pounds as a goodwill offer to use on their website. When I went to apply it, the code wouldn't work and claimed my email address was incorrect, even though it's definitely the right one. To make matters worse, when I tried reaching back out to the Samsung rep, my emails keep bouncing and aren't getting through. Everything was fine until today!

My dealings with Samsung products have been excellent. I have two Samsung televisions that continue to perform great after more than 6 years of regular use. My mother relies on their phones and considers them the best option available due to their capabilities and affordable pricing. Looking ahead, I'm optimistic that Samsung will expand their product lines and continue delivering quality items across all areas of consumer electronics.

I've had a wonderful experience with Samsung products overall. I own two of their TVs that have been running smoothly for over 6 years. My mother also uses their phones and absolutely loves them for the quality and the value for money. I'm confident Samsung will keep improving and bringing quality electronics into our daily lives for years to come.
