When I reached out again, support said I had to do it myself through the app, which didn't even make sense. I tried submitting it myself but they said no since I hadn't reached out within 48 hours. The support rep wouldn't connect me to someone higher up and wouldn't even give me a promotional discount. Nothing at all. I'm removing this from my phone because they clearly don't value customers or integrity. Try Grubhub instead.
