Wanted to order sweet and sour shrimp but it's not on the menu. Since when does a Chinese restaurant not have that? It's simple, just put shrimp in a bowl and cover it with sweet and sour sauce. I mentioned this to the worker and she flat out refused. I also asked for a chicken egg roll but they were out. This experience was really frustrating. Why isn't sweet and sour shrimp available? And being out of egg rolls? That's not acceptable.

I've noticed the management at the location in my area really has a strong team. They make sure each dish gets prepared correctly and the cooks follow the right techniques. The dishes come out looking vibrant and appetizing. Everyone there is respectful and friendly. I've tried different Panda Express spots and this one stands out for keeping their food preparation and taste consistent every single time.

Went to a Panda Express location recently and ordered a small lo mein, orange chicken, and an egg roll, which was burnt. When I got to checkout, two staff members were just standing there talking and laughing while I waited with my card ready. They completely ignored me so I eventually just walked out without eating anything, which beat the whole purpose of being there since I was hungry. Never going back. The food quality is mediocre anyway, but leaving feeling ignored and disrespected ruined my whole day. I was so frustrated I left the whole mall while my wife continued shopping elsewhere. The line moved fine until I got to the register, then it turned into ignoring customers and making people feel unwelcome.

Usually my daughter and I grab lunch there once or twice a month and it's been solid, but yesterday was a disaster. This was hands down the worst experience I've had there because everything was basically charred. I can't even remember what I ordered, but my daughter got three entrées and I did too, and it was all terrible. Literally not edible. There were three workers on the clock and we were there around the middle of the day in my area. I didn't speak up because the staff looked frustrated. Getting two free meals would be nice compensation, since I'm sure the next time won't turn out burnt. Thanks.

Not even sure what I got, but both of us ordered three items each and it was all ruined. The food was practically inedible even though three staff were working. We were there around lunchtime at the location in my area. I didn't say anything to them since they seemed in a mood already. Walked into a Panda Express location in NYC and was really impressed with what I found. The restaurant was spotless, super busy but they had everything running smoothly, and the crew managed the crowd without any issues. My orange chicken and Beijing beef came out piping hot with a nice crispy texture and great flavor. The fried rice wasn't quite as fresh as I'd hoped, but the rest of my order was definitely worth it. The team moved fast, stayed friendly, and knew what they were doing. If you're looking for a quick, affordable meal in the city that actually delivers, this place is a solid choice. Great 4-star visit!

Picked up a pre-ordered Honey Walnut Shrimp last week. When I unwrapped it at lunch, there were only 5 shrimp in the container. The next day I returned before going home and mentioned the issue to the staff member. She didn't acknowledge it, didn't apologize, and didn't suggest adding extra shrimp to make it right. Complete silence. It's really turned me off from coming back. I'm happy to pay full price plus the upcharge for the premium shrimp, but I expect to get what I'm paying for.

My sister had been curious about Panda Express so we checked out a location in our area for the first time. We probably won't return. The meal was passable, nothing special. I can't understand choosing this place when we have actual Chinese restaurants nearby that offer everything under the sun, and there's even an all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet practically next door at the same price point. I'm not getting the hype around Panda Express. The food was fine, nothing to complain about really, but it doesn't stand up to real Chinese food from actual restaurants.

But when there are authentic Chinese restaurants in town that can make whatever you want, and a Chinese buffet right next door with all-you-can-eat at basically the same price, why would we? I just don't get what everyone's talking about with Panda Express. The food wasn't bad, I'm not saying that, but it doesn't compare to real Chinese restaurants.

My order was promised at 7:55 PM but at 8:15 I still didn't have it. Not doing this again. Taking my business elsewhere.

Panda Express loads up your bowl with tons of rice or noodles regardless of whether you want that much, probably because it's inexpensive. Plus they use soy oil which has high omega-6 levels that promote inflammation and can cause health issues.
