Still waiting on my refund after over a month. Customer service keeps telling me the same thing about my refund being in the queue, but nothing ever happens.

Unacceptable customer service! I bought two Stanley flasks online from the European store but the delivery got delayed until after I'd already left for a vacation abroad. The order confirmation promised delivery within 3 working days, but that never happened. The package sat in a local depot for two weeks and was eventually returned to Stanley since I wasn't there to collect it. I still don't have a refund or any real explanation. I've tried contacting them twice through their contact form and only got one response saying it was resolved, but nothing was actually resolved. I haven't received my refund and nobody has explained what supposedly got resolved. I've read many similar complaints from customers, and it's really sad that such an established well known brand treats people this way. Extremely disappointed.

Amazing warranty support! I contacted Stanley about a vintage beverage dispenser that belonged to my father in law which was missing a gasket. Even though they couldn't replace just the gasket, they went ahead and sent me a brand new thermos at no cost. Stanley has earned my loyalty for life with this kind of service.

Good color and temperature retention, plus it fits nicely in my car's cup holder. Unfortunately the lid is annoying to clean depending on what liquid was inside and the whole thing spills really easily. I had three containers of the same drink in my car and only tipped them slightly before parking. Just one spilled. You guessed it, the Stanley cup.

The personalized mugs have terrible engraving quality and the customer service is just as bad. Don't waste your money ordering from them. The mugs I got from YETI are way better.

Avoid Stanley1913 unless you don't mind broken promises about spare parts. I bought a 1.4 liter cafetiere that struggled with grounds passing through the filter. When I lost the plunger filter after an accident, I checked the website expecting to order a replacement since they advertise that they prefer replacing parts over replacing whole products. That turned out to be false advertising because they actually don't offer any spare parts whatsoever. It's misleading marketing about supporting repair when they won't sell you individual components.
