Ordered a 16 piece chicken combo through a delivery app, half crispy and half spicy. What showed up was terrible. Every single piece of chicken was rock hard like I was chewing on a bone. The meat was tough, had no seasoning, and just wasn't edible. I'm gonna make sure everyone knows how bad this was, and I'm never going back to this place again.

The portions here aren't great and neither is the flavor. The staff can be pretty rude especially when there's an issue with the mobile app. I also discovered they have a halal certification but it's barely advertised on a tiny plaque with tiny text. Because of these things, I won't be coming back.

Just grabbed some food and was really concerned about what I saw. The workers weren't using gloves at all, and they were handling delivery orders while literally licking their fingers to open bags. One of the staff members scratched his head while making my order and then just kept going like nothing happened. When I questioned why there weren't any gloves being used, he seemed confused by my question. I requested a refund because I wasn't comfortable eating what had been prepared, but apparently the food needs to actually be defective for them to approve that. Since I was in the middle of fasting anyway, I just left the meal and walked out.

Really frustrated with the conduct of an employee at this location. This person's behavior is unacceptable and inappropriate. We don't need this kind of establishment in this area. The disrespect is unreal.

Was really unhappy with my delivery order. The spicy chicken burger felt like rubber in my mouth. There were massive amounts of gristle and connective tissue throughout. The side of loaded fries was laughably small. As for the BBQ wings, there was way too much sauce and hardly any actual wings, and that sauce was so strong and concentrated it was almost unpleasant. Overall I feel like I threw money away on poor quality, undersized portions.

What a great visit to the Swansea spot! Got wonderful service and the food was top notch. The gravy had so much flavor and that burger was seriously impressive. Thanks for the hospitality!

Had an amazing experience at the location in Swansea. The staff member who took care of me was fantastic and really made me feel welcome. The gravy was absolutely delicious and my burger exceeded all expectations. Definitely coming back!
