Subway Savings Hacks
Some Subway restaurants allow you to combine a promo code with loyalty program rewards or app-exclusive deals. Check your local Subway's policies to maximize savings on a single order.
Subway frequently offers footlong meal packages or multi-sandwich deals that provide more savings per item than ordering individually. Compare bundle pricing against single-item codes to find your best deal.
Subway runs seasonal promotions and limited-time offers tied to holidays or new menu items. Check RetailCoupons.com regularly to catch temporary deals before they expire.
Subway often releases promo codes and discounts exclusively through its mobile app, so downloading it may unlock additional savings unavailable on the website.
Subway Shipping Policy
Subway orders placed online are typically fulfilled through delivery via third-party services or store pickup. Delivery fees and timing vary by location and delivery partner; shoppers should review estimated delivery windows and any applicable fees at checkout before confirming their order.
Subway Returns & Refund Policy
As a quick-service restaurant, Subway typically does not accept returns on prepared food items. If you experience an issue with your order such as incorrect items or quality concerns, contact Subway customer service or your local restaurant directly to discuss resolution options.

Subway Reviews
Subway receives sharply divided opinions from shoppers, with about half rating the chain poorly and roughly a third giving top marks. Positive reviews praise friendly staff and reliable locations (particularly the Randolph spot mentioned in multiple reviews), though even satisfied customers note that food quality is uninspiring and bathroom facilities need improvement. Negative reviews highlight significant operational issues: the mobile app crashes frequently and processes order cancellations without explanation, sandwiches arrive cold or incomplete, ingredient quality appears to be declining, and the final product differs substantially from advertised images. Several reviewers express frustration that the chain seems indifferent to customer experience and suggest poor staff compensation may contribute to service failures.
The most consistent complaint across negative feedback involves a gap between marketing promises and actual product delivery, combined with app-related ordering problems that leave customers unable to complete purchases. While some locations maintain acceptable standards through friendly staff, systemic issues with quality control, technological reliability, and ingredient sourcing appear to be driving customer dissatisfaction at Subway overall.
The Randolph spot is pretty reliable with a nice team that's usually in good spirits. The taste is nothing special though and unfortunately the bathrooms need work. Other than needing to spruce up the restroom area, it was a solid visit.
The Randolph location is a solid choice and the workers there are generally friendly. My only complaint is the flavors don't pack much punch and the restrooms could use some serious cleaning. Everything else was pretty good though.
I normally skip the review thing but Subway's quality has really taken a hit recently. The past couple of times made me question why I still go there. The products look nothing like what's shown in commercials, the ingredients get cheaper and cheaper, and it all feels lazy and hurried. Got a sub that was barely warm, missing items I paid for, and stale tasting bread. The workers seem bothered by having to serve customers. The mobile app is constantly laggy and buggy too, plus it keeps logging me out. You'd think a big chain could handle the basics but apparently not. Two stars because they weren't always this way and you might luck into a decent sandwich here and there, but the consistency is just not there anymore. Subway's gotta do better.
Don't usually bother writing these up, but I've noticed Subway going downhill pretty quick. My last few times there have made me wonder why I keep going back. The sandwiches look completely different from their ads, the quality of ingredients gets worse with each visit, and everything feels like it's being done carelessly and in a rush. My sub was cold, missing some of the toppings I asked for, and the bread seemed old and stale. The staff doesn't seem like they want to be there either. Plus their app is a mess with bugs and I keep having to log back in. For a company this big you'd expect them to have this stuff figured out. I'm giving it two stars only because they used to be decent and occasionally you'll get a good sandwich, but honestly at this point it's just luck. They really need to get their act together.
Pretty awful experience overall. Their app keeps crashing and I tried placing an order for 2 subs at 8pm but ended up having 3 locations cancel it on me. The company seems like they don't actually want our business. If they paid their staff decently maybe this wouldn't keep happening.
This was rough. Their app is seriously broken and I tried ordering 2 sandwiches around 8pm but three different restaurants just cancelled my order without any explanation. The company clearly doesn't care about keeping customers happy. Maybe treat the people working there better and this kind of thing wouldn't happen.
Had a terrible experience with their mobile app and tried to place a 2 sandwich order at 8pm but 3 different locations just cancelled it on me. Seems like the company doesn't value customers much. Maybe if they treated their workers better this wouldn't happen.
Bought a $50 gift card back in July based on a promotion shown on Subway's website that advertised a free footlong sub with purchase. The checkout page never mentioned any restrictions about participating locations. When I tried to use it at my local spot, they wouldn't honor it. I reached out to customer service about getting my money back since the card hadn't been used. Their first offer was reward points worth about $10, which I turned down. Then they suggested a $15 card instead. I explained I wasn't interested in store credit and that I felt misled by their marketing. They claimed the fine print was visible the whole time, but screenshots I took prove otherwise. I told them I wanted a full refund by a specific date, and here we are weeks later with nothing resolved.
Staff member totally forgot to include my cookies in my order. Would've taken like 2 seconds to reheat the frozen one but apparently that was too much to ask. Super frustrating.
Ordered a footlong Roast Beef sub and was really disappointed with the portion size. They only put about 3 slices of meat on the whole sandwich for a footlong price. That's basically highway robbery. Won't be spending my money at the location on North Main anymore.
Got a gift card from someone and honestly this is the worst experience I've had with them yet. Not because the food was bad, but because the whole gift card thing was absolutely ridiculous. The email came with a QR code, a 19 digit card number, a 4 digit PIN, and an 8 digit reference ID just to use a $9 card. Come on. Why would anyone want to go through all that hassle just to buy a sandwich? It's absolutely insulting.
Went to the location near the hospital and there was just one worker the entire time. What stood out was how kind and welcoming she was. Always smiling at customers and seems to be there constantly.
Stopped by the hospital area location and there was only one employee working the whole shift. She was so pleasant and welcoming though, always greeting customers with a smile. You can tell she's there regularly and genuinely enjoys her job.
This employee has such an awesome personality and brings real positive vibes whenever she's working. She absolutely deserves recognition for the energy she brings to the job.
