I'm in London where I use a different delivery service that's more reliable. This app has been late twice now, even though London is a significantly larger city than New York. First time was almost an hour behind and I had to cancel since the restaurant didn't answer. I ordered again and now it's running late again with promises that it'll arrive any minute. Not impressed at all.

I'm based in London where I use a different service and rarely get late orders, even though it's a much bigger city than New York. But this app has now been late twice in a row. The first time my order was 45 minutes behind and I had to cancel through the help desk since the restaurant wouldn't pick up. I made another order and now it's 20 minutes late with the same excuse that it left a while ago. I'm not feeling confident about using this again.

I ordered and didn't get six of my items. The customer service team gave me absolutely no help. They wouldn't give me a refund or credit, never checked with the restaurant about a missing bag, and never contacted the driver. Instead I got a canned response about too many refunds on my account, which is ridiculous since I'm a first time customer. Called back and got the same response. I'm missing seventy dollars worth of food and won't order from here again. Be careful before placing an order.

My order came incomplete. I was missing six items and the support team refused to help me. They wouldn't issue a credit, didn't reach out to the restaurant to ask if a bag got left behind, and didn't contact the driver either. I got a generic response about unusual refund activity on my account, which made no sense since this was my first order with them. I also called with the same result. I'm out about seventy dollars and won't be using this service again. Please be careful with your money here.

The food quality from this restaurant is consistently good and tastes fresh. Deliveries come quickly and I haven't experienced any problems. It's honestly the best spot around here if you're looking for healthy fresh options.

I've consistently gotten fast and reliable service through this app. I tried another service once and had a bad experience where the driver didn't handle my order carefully and it arrived in rough shape. With this app, whenever there's been an issue it's either been the restaurant's fault for not following instructions or the food quality itself, and the support team has always made it right. Excellent customer service, especially during tough times like the pandemic. Great job!

I've been a regular but had a frustrating encounter with someone who contacted me about charges for extra toppings on my order. When I asked to speak with management about the charges, he refused and then cancelled my entire order when I asked for his name. The restaurant should be upfront about any additional fees online. I had ordered the same dish before without these charges, and there were no upcharges when dining in. I may continue to order but I'm disappointed with how this was handled.

The support team here is fantastic. Very satisfied overall.

No issues at all. Lots of restaurant choices, the app is intuitive, and food arrives quickly. One suggestion though: please add more restaurants to your platform.

This is the only delivery service I use. Wouldn't order anywhere else!
