I've shopped regularly here for a long time because of the wide selection, decent pricing, and really quick shipping speeds. Recently, I'm noticing that the items I usually purchase are frequently sold out. I've started shopping elsewhere for these products. I still use the site sometimes, but I'm wondering what's causing these consistent stock issues. Brands like Bondi Sands, Coco and Eve, and also Sol De Janeiro seem to have especially big problems with availability.

Their customer service is pretty awful, honestly. Skip this website. I ordered online but my shipping address somehow auto-filled with my bank address instead of my home address. I emailed within five minutes to have it changed, and while they claimed someone would respond in three days, it actually took five. By then, they said it was too late to modify the order. If their customer service had actually replied on time, I wouldn't have lost that money. I don't even know what the solution is at this point, so my recommendation is to just use a traditional retailer with proper customer support.

Honestly, don't waste your time with their customer service. I made an online purchase, but the shipping address somehow got set to my bank address by default. Just five minutes after I bought it, I emailed to change it to my real home address. They promised to get back within three days but didn't reply until day five, by which time they said it was too late to change. If they'd actually answered my email when promised, I'd still have my money. I have no idea how to resolve this mess now. Save yourself the hassle and just go to your local drugstore where customer service actually works.

Would rate below one star if the system allowed it. The returns policy is a mess, and they hold onto your refund even after you've shown them proof that the item was returned. Getting my money back through my bank is now my only option. Do not shop here.

Would literally rate lower than one star if that were possible. Their return procedure is completely broken, and even when you send something back and have the confirmation, they refuse to refund you. I'll be disputing this with my credit card company. Stay far away.

Would give zero stars if the system let me. Their return process is a nightmare, and even after you return something and have proof it got there, they keep your money anyway. Now I've got to dispute this with my bank to try to get my cash back. Just skip this place entirely.

Delivery was super speedy. They've got a wonderful range of items in stock and some pretty good sales going on. Nothing to complain about at all.

Shipping was incredibly fast. The selection of products is fantastic and there are some solid deals to be found. Nothing to gripe about.
