Couldn't get my 15% off code to work at checkout. They advertise the discount to get you interested, but then your payment goes through without letting you apply it. The live chat and emails didn't help fix it. Now I'm wondering if I'll even get my order shipped to my address.

This has been my worst shopping experience. Customer service dragged out my refund for months and only gave me back a quarter of what I paid for my return. This strategy suggests the makeup itself isn't strong enough to sell on merit alone.

They sell an eye cream with retinol but don't properly disclose it, putting customers at risk when vitamin A isn't appropriate for everyone. The product description leaves this out completely. They also won't tell me what percentage of the ingredient is included so I can discuss it with my doctor. Their lack of responsibility is shocking and I'm exploring legal options. Customers deserve transparent, safe product information.
