I'm a repeat customer and what really sells me is that all their products are fully vegan and never tested on animals. The moisturizers and lip balms are my favorite items to buy from them.

Placed an order but they forgot to include my house number initially. After going back and forth with emails multiple times, they made me submit the order again.
