Got a complete bag fitting done with Dominic at the studio and he was fantastic. He really took the time to find the best irons, shafts, and weights for my specific swing. I hit over 150 balls testing different options, brands, and styles before we nailed down the perfect setup. The amount of analysis they did was incredible. The fitting was supposed to be 3 hours, but he actually brought me back a second time to nail down my wedges and putter at no extra cost. I used to just grab clubs off the shelf before, so it feels great knowing these are custom fitted to my game. I purchased some pre-owned irons and went to return them the very next day. They refused to give me a refund, but there was nothing on their site saying refunds weren't an option. How is that even allowed?

Unless you're shopping in your hometown, stay away from this place. Getting an exchange or refund is basically impossible. I bought four pairs of Z golf gloves from a location outside my area and they fell apart the first time I used them. The coating just shredded and peeled right off. I sent pictures and my receipt but they still said no to a refund or exchange. I'm stuck with them now and won't be going back to any of their stores.

Both in store and online service here is pretty rough. This is exactly why retail stores struggle. They sent tons of emails promoting a free clinic. I signed up after getting bombarded with messages. When the day came, after driving an hour out there, nobody at the location had any idea about it. They basically said sorry but it's not happening after I'd been waiting forty five minutes. When I called customer service they gave me fifty bucks in gift cards to make it right. I tried using them before they expired but they were already gone. Called them back and got told too bad, they won't extend them. Seriously, do better.

They sure know how to sell you things, but good luck getting your money back. My return was logged by the shipping company as back at their location three weeks ago. Since then I've sent a bunch of emails that get completely ignored by customer service. Being overseas, calling isn't practical for me. Their customer support is honestly just terrible.

I'd give the location a zero if I could. We were told we could come in on Friday and test out ProdiG clubs, and set up a fitting appointment for Saturday. We made a ninety mile round trip on Friday just to find out they don't carry that brand and need to special order it. Back on Saturday for the fitting with Cameron, and turns out the schedule only showed irons, not a full set like we arranged. But he did the full set fitting anyway. Problem was the store didn't have those exact clubs to try out. He ordered the flexible shaft option. The manufacturer then told us that model only comes in stiff shaft, which we okayed. We asked about adding a bag to the order but got told no, we have to buy it separately online and pick the small size. We did all that. The bag that came was too small. When I called to return it, they said the store shouldn't have told us to order that size.

Our team has spent over a week trying to buy shirts for a tradeshow on their website and nothing works. We've done everything support told us to do. Different browsers, different devices, cleared all caches. Their response was basically we're out of ideas. They won't even let you place orders over the phone. In store they had nothing matching what the website showed. This was frustrating and a waste of time when we just needed five simple shirts. I would stay away.

We've been trying to buy some shirts for a company event on the website for over a week now with no luck. The support team has had us try different browsers, different computers, clearing caches, basically everything they could think of. At the end of the day they just said they don't have anything else to suggest and wouldn't let us call in an order. When we tried buying in a store location, what they had didn't match what was available online from that same spot. We wasted tons of time trying to work with these people for just five shirts. Would not recommend at all.

I ordered a driver and a pair of fairway woods online, but only the driver arrived. After three weeks, the woods still haven't shown up. When I contacted support, they refused to let me cancel and had no information about where my order was or when it might ship. They couldn't even tell me if it was being built, sitting in a warehouse, or lost somewhere. Never again. Ended up calling my credit card company to challenge the purchase.

Fair warning about ordering online. I bought a driver and two fairway woods. The driver showed up in two weeks. The woods though? Still haven't gotten them after three weeks. I talked to customer service and they wouldn't cancel the order, but they also had absolutely no clue when I'd actually get the woods or even if they were being made, waiting to be put together, or what. I'm going to call my credit card and dispute the charge. Lesson learned.

I've been to the Schaumburg location maybe twenty five times since it opened and the service keeps getting worse. Today I asked a tennis department employee for help and he just stared at me and said the main tennis guy would be in on Monday. I found what I needed myself and then got in a checkout line with five people ahead while three staff members just stood around watching. Finally one noticed how frustrated I looked and called me over. Then he said his register was down and sent me to another one. That guy acted like I was bothering him but rang me up anyway. Nobody there seems to know anything about helping customers. The manager needs to fix this. I'd rather shop somewhere else.

I bought a set of Ping irons that looked like they were in stock on their site. It took two weeks just to get them shipped out. When I called to check on it, they told me they don't actually keep clubs in stock. They ordered mine from Ping. Buy from somebody who actually has the merchandise they claim to sell.

Put in an online order and paid extra to get it in two days. It's been five days and my account was charged right away but I haven't gotten an order confirmation, a tracking number, or anything at all. I've sent follow up emails that nobody has answered. Been sitting on hold for half an hour. Just don't buy from here.

This business only cares about profit and treats customers as irrelevant. Very disappointed.
