My first order had several problems. The artwork arrived upside down, the frames were chipped easily, and the hardware seemed cheap. They use plastic instead of actual glass which looks really cheap and distorts reflections badly. I had to remove one piece from near a window because the plastic distortion was too noticeable. Only works in rooms without natural light. For nearly $800, this felt like bargain basement quality.

The frames are nice quality even though they're expensive compared to other options. Unlike many reviews I've read, I had no problems with my order and it arrived on schedule. The maple wood finish is really well done and the frames have held up great.

We paid extra for the American Hardwood frames but they felt cheap and look like low quality Home Depot material. The frame joints are poorly done with visible gaps and seams. The price wasn't really better than actual quality artisan frames made in America. Print quality was just average, nothing special compared to photos from other places.

Don't use them. They lost my shipment and keep talking about some pointless UPS investigation and asking me to wait around. Should've spent extra to work with a local framer instead.

Had an amazing experience with Framebridge! Their site is super user friendly, letting you upload images and see how they'll look with different frame options. After ordering they mail you a flat box for your artwork, you drop it at UPS, and a couple weeks later your perfectly framed piece comes back. Great updates the whole time. The frame itself is top quality with excellent hanging hardware. Everything went smoothly.

UPDATE: To be fair, their customer service team did eventually get my order expedited to meet the original deadline, and upgraded me to next day shipping at no extra cost. I'm changing to 3 stars. Would've been better if they'd warned me upfront about delivery risks since I'd told them how important the date was. ORIGINAL: I ordered from them to get a photo printed and framed for a family memorial. They gave me a delivery date that would've worked, and I emphasized in my order notes that hitting that date was crucial and I needed immediate notice if there was any problem. Radio silence until the delivery date arrived and then the shipping estimate just disappeared. I had to call customer service to learn they couldn't make the original date.

UPDATE: After speaking with customer service, they did manage to speed up my order and actually upgraded my shipping to get it to me on time. I'm adjusting my rating to 3 stars. I wish they'd given me a heads up about potential delays since I'd explained how time sensitive this was. ORIGINAL: I needed Framebridge to print and frame a photo for a memorial service. They quoted a delivery date that would've worked perfectly, and I made it very clear in the comments that meeting that date was critical and I needed to know immediately if there was any risk. No one reached out until the original delivery date when the shipping estimate suddenly vanished. I had to contact customer service to find out they didn't think they could make the original deadline.

Didn't want to write this review since my consultation experience was fine, but after receiving a gallery wall with a photo and frame completely missing, plus a defective hook that fell off right after hanging, I feel cheated. Spent over a thousand dollars and had to buy superglue to fix the frame. Just do a gallery wall yourself.

All these reviews are terrible! I won't be using them. The pattern is clear from reading them. Low quality products, multiple errors for most customers. Keep seeing their ads but saw the price too. Forty dollars minimum for some pieces of wood glued together around a photo? Not happening.
