Some companies make you send stuff in with proof of damage and replace it with their worst product. Bissell did the complete opposite and I'm grateful.

When I asked for details, she admitted she'd only interacted with an automated system. They lied. This company prioritizes avoiding responsibility over customer safety and warranty obligations. I've filed a safety report and taken legal steps. They could've just done the right thing.

Terrible design for cleaning. The brush tool Bissell provides doesn't do the job. Looking for another brand.
