About Ticketmaster
Ticketmaster is the primary platform for purchasing tickets to live events including concerts, theater, sports, and entertainment shows across North America. Shoppers seek Ticketmaster promo codes and deals to reduce ticket prices and service fees, which can significantly impact the total cost of attending events.
How to Use a Ticketmaster Promo Code
- Browse available events on Ticketmaster.com and select the show or performance you want to attend.
- Choose your preferred seating and click through to the checkout page.
- Look for a field labeled 'Promo Code' or 'Discount Code' during the payment process.
- Enter your code in the designated field and click 'Apply' to see the discount reflected in your order total.
- Complete your purchase and review your confirmation email for ticket delivery details.
Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- Verify the code has not expired, as promotional offers have limited validity periods.
- Confirm the code applies to your specific event or ticket type, since many codes are restricted to certain shows or markets.
- Check that you meet any eligibility requirements, such as being a first-time customer or Ticketmaster member.
- Ensure you entered the code correctly without extra spaces or characters that might prevent it from scanning.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try applying the code again in case of a technical glitch.
- Contact Ticketmaster customer service if the code still does not work after these checks.
Ticketmaster Savings Hacks
Sign up for Ticketmaster's fan club memberships and email alerts to receive presale codes for popular events before general public sales. These exclusive presale opportunities often feature better seat selection and sometimes special pricing.
New customers to Ticketmaster may qualify for first purchase discounts on ticket orders. Look for first-time buyer promotions when setting up your account.
When purchasing multiple tickets to the same event, use applicable promo codes to maximize savings across your entire order rather than buying single tickets separately.
Broadway shows and touring productions frequently run their own promotional campaigns through Ticketmaster with special pricing or package deals. Check the event page for any available promotions before purchasing.
Ticketmaster Shipping Policy
Ticketmaster typically delivers tickets electronically via email or mobile app, which means there are no shipping costs or delivery times to consider. For events using physical mail delivery, shipping policies vary by event venue and ticket type, so check your confirmation email for specific details about how your tickets will be delivered.
Ticketmaster Returns & Refund Policy
Ticketmaster's refund and exchange policies depend on the event promoter and ticket type purchased. Review the specific event's terms before buying, as most tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed by the venue or artist.
