That's when they claimed it was an airless pump and said I broke it by opening the cap, which I only did after struggling to figure out what was wrong. To this day I can't use it at all. This should have been about standing behind a defective product, not hiding behind some return policy.
Don't bother with this brand. I bought their eye concealer for $125 and the container cracked not long after, leaking product all inside my purse. When I reached out about getting a replacement, they turned me down because it had been more than a month. I'd barely touched the stuff. The quality is cheap but the price tag is anything but. Total waste of cash!
