Absolutely terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong item and even though I shipped it back right away, I've been going back and forth with emails for two months now. Now they're actually accusing me of stealing the product, which is completely ridiculous. We're talking about a single pencil here.

Really disappointed with how they handled this. Placed two separate orders during their sale with free shipping - one for me and one as a gift. Without any warning or explanation, they just cancelled my second order. Never even reached out to let me know. Now the sale's over, prices went back up, and I'd have to pay for shipping. On top of that, a powder I bought turned out to be way too orange in person. When I tried to return it, I found out customers have to cover their own return shipping costs. That's a total deal breaker for me - kind of defeats the purpose of online shopping when you're stuck with items you can't use and have to eat the costs.

Bought this lipstick from another retailer and it was definitely not what I expected. Had never tried the brand before and couldn't find much info about it. Paid good money for it but the color that showed up was way darker than what I ordered. Tried reaching out to the seller but they weren't helpful at all. The quality didn't impress me much either, and since it wasn't even the right shade, it just felt like a waste. Won't be trying this brand again.

Shipped me the wrong product and didn't include a return label with it. Now I'm stuck paying to send it back myself. Feels like a total waste of my time and money. If I decide to buy this brand again, I'm going straight to the store instead of ordering online.

Never got my items but they still charged me. Then when I try to reach out about it, nobody responds. Awful experience from start to finish and their support team is non-existent. Would skip this company entirely.

They cancelled my orders twice now without giving me any explanation. The items were definitely in stock so that's not the issue. I tried ordering 6 items the first time and 10 the second time - both times got cancelled. It makes no sense that they let me add products to my cart if they're just going to cancel the whole thing. Super unprofessional and not worth the frustration.

Sent everything back in October and covered the shipping cost, but then nothing. Reached out in November to check if they got the package and didn't hear back until December. Taking forever to respond to basic questions is ridiculous. Finally they told me they'd process the refund in two weeks - but only after I bothered them about it. So disappointed on all fronts here. The product quality wasn't great, the customer service is way worse, and getting my money back feels impossible.

Absolutely incredible! Feels like a second skin once you get it on. The key is checking out the shade matching guides they have on their site or YouTube to nail your perfect match. Honestly can't imagine switching to any other foundation after this one.
