I've tried multiple Ouidad products and spent quite a bit of money, but they all disappointed me. My hair ended up greasy, flat, extra frizzy, and dry at the same time. Just don't do it. This company's not worth your money.

My package showed as delivered, but it never actually arrived at my door. I tried calling and emailing customer service multiple times with zero luck reaching an actual person. This company clearly doesn't prioritize taking care of their customers.

Definitely my new favorite! Only downside is the price point could be easier on the wallet, but the quality is undeniable.

Terrible customer service and misleading marketing. I canceled my order within seconds after noticing the advertised bonus item wasn't included. Reached out to support several times with no response. They shipped it anyway and only got back to me after I filed a complaint with my payment processor. Their solution was just to tell me about their return policy, expecting me to pay for return shipping and deal with the hassle from their mistake.

They could've contacted the courier to pull it back instead of forcing me to pay another shipping fee to return it. Won't be ordering from them again.
