My skin was always a bit finicky but got really reactive after I turned 40. I tried so many different skincare lines and had negative reactions to basically all of them. I noticed Pai in a Facebook ad and filled out their skin assessment form with a photo of my inflamed face. Katya got back to me with a customized plan to help fix things. Now after three months my skin is finally healthy again and the redness and sensitivity have stopped. The formulas don't feel greasy and thankfully don't cause breakouts. Their customer service has been fantastic as well, always responding to emails quickly. When I had trouble with a product dispenser, they rushed out a replacement immediately. My only small issues are that the moisturizer comes in a nice bottle but there's a plastic pouch inside which feels wasteful. The price is steep and they're always running promotions for free items with purchases instead of just reducing the actual price, which would be better since you might not even want the bonus product. But these are minor quibbles and I'm thrilled to have a routine my skin loves again.

One star doesn't even do justice to how disappointed I am, honestly I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered a cream from Pai because they claim their line is made for sensitive skin and promise to support you if anything goes wrong. I had a really bad reaction to the cream and weeks later my skin is still recovering. I reached out right away, explained what happened, and sent pictures. They asked me to mail the product back so they could look into it, saying they'd refund me. Two weeks go by with no word. I follow up and after I resend them the tracking info, they finally process the refund. Not one word about my reaction, no explanation of whether they tested the cream or found any issues, nothing. Complete silence. I doubt they'll ever contact me again because honestly I don't think they care. It's terrible.

Placed my order in the evening and it showed up the very next afternoon, which totally surprised me in a good way. Everything arrived in perfect condition with no problems at all, unlike what some other reviews mentioned.

Bought the Instant Kalmer Serum and the Rosehip Facial Oil for my sensitive, rosacea-prone skin. The rosehip oil is fantastic and I'm hopeful the serum will work out well too, but I have a serious complaint about the packaging. Unlike any other skincare I've used, Pai comes in thick, rough cardboard that feels like cheap Amazon shipping boxes. It's not just unpleasant to touch, it's also packed in a confusing way. Most brands have openings at the top and bottom, but Pai opens from the side so you have to pull apart that awful cardboard and wrestle the product out sideways. This whole ordeal cost me two fingernails and fifteen frustrating minutes. Unless this serum turns out to be absolutely life changing, I won't be reordering because I can't deal with that package nightmare again. Why don't they just use normal thin cardboard boxes with simple top and bottom openings like everyone else? What's the point of making the packaging so aggravating? Really makes no sense.

This is a wonderful lightweight sunscreen for my face that doesn't leave a white, chalky residue. Really grateful for Pai x

They have a phone consultant available who actually listens to your skin concerns and helps match you with the right products without any pressure to buy anything. They genuinely care about understanding your needs. All my orders have worked beautifully with my sensitive skin. It costs more than other brands but the bottles last a really long time and it's worth the investment. I'm not totally sure when I first ordered or had the consultation, so the date might not be exact, but I've placed several orders with them over time, including one through their Amazon store.

I really enjoy Pai's skincare line, particularly their featherweight eye cream. However the shipping situation is not great. Pai definitely needs to switch to a different courier. One time my package was left at a random store instead of being delivered to my address, and basically every other order has taken close to two weeks to arrive. That's way too slow for European shipping if you ask me.

Turns out both packages got dropped off at some random store location. I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to pick them up myself. Way too much hassle for the price they charge.

Got a sample sunscreen in the mail but instead of actual product, there was a bloody tissue inside the packaging. I sent a polite email to customer service explaining what happened, and they offered zero replacement or any kind of compensation for how gross and upsetting the whole thing was. Definitely won't be purchasing from them.

Pai advertises a 15% discount when you join their mailing list but it's totally bogus. They never actually sent me the code. When I asked about it in an email, I noticed they even have an FAQ about this exact issue telling people to reach out to them if they don't get the code. The fact that this is a common enough problem to be in their FAQ section proves they know full well they're not actually sending codes to anyone. It's intentional deception. I've written to them three separate times over the course of a week with zero responses. Yet they have no problem sending me those newsletters constantly. This is dishonest business practice and it's infuriating. Two friends of mine also signed up for the list and neither got a code either. Seems like they have no intention of getting back to me since they clearly don't provide any discount. Because of this I'm refusing to give them my business. This strategy probably costs them tons of customers. Pretty sad honestly.

Really disappointed to find that Pai Skincare puts tiny plastic pouches inside their frosted glass containers for some products. This misleading approach works in two ways to trick customers. First, the opaque glass makes it look like you're getting more product than you actually are. Second, they choose plastic packaging when it's completely unnecessary, which is wasteful and bad for the environment. When we're all trying to reduce plastic consumption and protect our planet, this practice is unacceptable. Plus, my small order came in an enormous shipping box, adding even more waste. Don't be fooled by their green cardboard packaging on the outside either. Clearly they don't truly care about sustainability. I'm done with this brand and switching to someone else.

Fantastic customer service experience. I purchased a kit and discovered one of the bottles was damaged and leaking. It was their Light Work oil cleanser. They immediately offered to send a replacement once I described the problem. Everything got sorted within about an hour which was exceptional service. The products themselves are solid and I'm impressed by their commitment to environmental responsibility with packaging and recycling initiatives. These are definitely expensive items, but they work really well and don't have sketchy ingredients that I'd rather avoid, so that helps justify the cost somewhat. Still undecided on whether I'll be a long term customer. Regardless, the service was really excellent.

That said, they are pricey, but the fact that they work without any weird harmful stuff inside definitely has some value. Time will tell if I keep repurchasing. The service though is truly exceptional.

Switched to Pai when I decided to remove chemicals from my skincare routine. I rarely post reviews, but when I was shopping here before buying, there weren't very many so I wanted to contribute. Yes, the cost is a bit high, but you're getting premium quality products that deliver real results and make your skin feel youthful without any unpleasant chemicals. I've purchased their moisturizer along with some hyaluronic acid and vitamin C drops. My dry skin feels so fresh and glowing, and a little bit goes a long way so bottles stick around for ages. I have acne scarring on my back and adding the vitamin C drops to my body moisturizer has definitely helped reduce the appearance. The packaging is completely recyclable and they let you return used bottles for their recycling program, which I haven't taken advantage of yet.
