Getting a return processed with this brand is basically impossible. They never explain upfront what return costs will be, so you're hit with an unexpected fee when you try to send something back. Customer service is non-existent and there's no actual way to reach anyone. Their prices are way too high for what you're getting. I'm done shopping here. I actually had to call their store location because after a week passed with zero communication about my return request. They claim they have a 14 day window but I've barely made a dent in it.

I didn't understand what their final sale wording actually meant since in the UK that usually just means a discount. On top of the no-returns issue, customers have to pay import taxes and VAT that nobody tells you about upfront. I will not shop here again. Wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order.

It's worth the few minutes to find one. One more thing to note, the sizing tends to be very small, so things don't fit as well as you'd hope.
