The business just doesn't seem to care about customers anymore. Their support used to be excellent but that's changed. They also keep listing and selling items that aren't actually available. I've been holding off on an order for nine days waiting for it to ship. It's disheartening watching the brand lose its edge in both craftsmanship and how they treat people. Return fees happen even when it's their mistake. And their rewards program is a joke, honestly. They tell you to use rewards points but then won't let you apply them to sale items. Meanwhile the points disappear anyway. Rewards should act like money you can spend however and whenever you want. Really disappointing. Gone are the days when people instantly knew something was Hobo just by looking at it. That's sad.

Skip this company entirely. Grabbed a purse during a sale, but the shade was way darker than what appeared online. I asked about swapping it for another color, which they were okay with, but they wouldn't keep the discount price. That's honestly one of the most frustrating things a retailer has ever done to me. I sent it back and had to fork over seven dollars in return shipping. Never shopping here again.

I'd rate them zero if the system would let me. Ordered a cherry blossom purse and they mailed the wrong shade instead. The cherry blossom style is out of stock so they sent a coral one. It took sixteen emails and eight phone calls to get this sorted out. The 800 number nobody picks up. Eventually they processed my refund but then charged me return postage and deducted it from the amount I got back. Hands down the worst company I've ever done business with. They sent a follow up email about getting twenty percent off something else, but when I tried using it they wouldn't accept the code. Truly a terrible experience from start to finish.
