Things started falling apart when they got to working on the hair, which ended up looking overly stylized and unrealistic. I made a sincere effort to let them know the finished product wasn't matching what's advertised on their main site, but they didn't step up to make it right. Instead, they said I'd have to cover a charge if I wanted compensation for their subpar work. Really unhappy about this. People shopping should know: the examples they show on their website look way nicer than what you'll actually get.
