Awful customer service experience. They're basically unavailable and don't respond to messages. I've tried emailing and there's no phone line to call. Looking at other people's experiences, I figured keeping the stuff I got is better than trying to return it and losing my money. Shopping elsewhere from now on.

Ordered something, tried to cancel but never heard back, so it shipped out. The day I got it, I sent it back to the return address they list on their site and emailed them with my order and tracking info, following everything exactly. I've emailed them about 30 times and haven't gotten a single response. The box was never opened and nothing was used. I did everything right according to their returns policy but my package got to their facility and now it's been over a month with zero refund and no emails back. Don't buy from them.

Never seen customer service handled this badly. Loved the product I got at another retailer, but when I ordered directly and spent over 100 dollars, they were completely unprofessional. Never got my items. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a pattern with shipping issues. Almost four weeks have gone by. I've emailed three times with nothing back. Tried their social media too and got ignored there as well. I mostly shop online and this is my first time being completely left hanging. How do they even operate? This company is a disgrace.

After seeing all these reviews, I'm even more concerned now. My relative has a house in Florida and I ordered two blushes the Sunday before their visit. Took 9 business days to arrive. When I checked tracking, it said the package was being returned to sender because of an incomplete address, which doesn't make sense since I used the exact same address to buy from another store the same week and that arrived fine. I've been trying to reach out since last Thursday because I still want my order but my relative can't receive it anymore, so I'm trying to change where it goes. Nothing. No response. I figured once they got the package back they'd naturally contact me but they haven't.

They never refunded me for a tracked package from months ago. I've written to them more than five times and haven't gotten a single answer.

Really disappointing company. I've been buying from them for years and spent tons of money both on their site and at other retailers. Got 3 lip products on sale last month, but 2 showed up broken. The color stick had popped out of the pencil. I emailed support with pictures explaining what happened. They asked for photos of some random tiny code in the lid. My pictures clearly showed the stick had gotten jammed when it came loose. I sent detailed photos of everything I could see without removing the broken product. After that, support basically stopped responding. I tried reaching out 4 more times over the next couple weeks even though they claim they respond within 48 hours. This is really upsetting. I paid for items that arrived damaged and now I'm stuck with products I can't use. After ten years as a customer, I'm moving on. Awful way to handle someone's concern.

Ended up in the ER. Used their tinted mineral sunscreen and had a severe allergic reaction. My only other cosmetic allergy is acrylic nails. Had to go to the hospital and got prescribed high dose steroids. Tried contacting customer service from the hospital and several times after but they never replied. None of the listed ingredients match my known allergies. To those who didn't receive their products, consider yourselves lucky you didn't have to spend a night in the hospital.

Zero out of ten for customer service. I'm someone who loves makeup and skincare and spend a good amount of money on these things every month. Saw a makeup artist demo their tinted sunscreen and it looked amazing. Placed an order on their website. Two weeks later and my bank was charged but I got no confirmation email and the order doesn't show in my account. Left 4 emails, each one got an automated response saying someone would get back to me in 24 hours. Never happened. They don't have a phone number or chat support. I ended up calling their main office, pushed a random button, and left a message with some random person in marketing about my terrible experience and all those one star reviews. I won't even buy their stuff in stores anymore. Honestly don't care how good the products are. Tons of other good options out there with companies that actually value customers. Had to contact my bank to reverse the charge. Really frustrating.

Customer service is really bad. My order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive from overseas and showed up damaged because it wasn't packed well. Still waiting for the replacement they said would be rushed, but that didn't happen. No apology or any nice gesture either. This is my last time ordering from their website, which is unfortunate since the actual products are really good. They don't have a phone line either, which is problematic for people who can't email.

Spent over 100 pounds on products over three weeks ago and still haven't gotten them. I've sent multiple emails and they respond slowly without any urgency. Nobody has apologized or offered real help. They claimed my order was delivered even though it wasn't, with zero apology or investigation offered. I asked for a tracking number or for them to look into it, and they said I must have entered an American address. I sent them a screenshot of my confirmation showing my UK address was correct and that I definitely didn't make a mistake. Five days later, still no reply or apology. Now I'm worried about getting my money back. This company messed up, sent my package to the wrong country, didn't say sorry, and won't refund me. Stay away from Nudestix.

Really poor customer service. They seem to just copy and paste generic replies instead of actually listening to what customers are saying. One of my account issues has been sitting there unsolved for a year and they finally asked if I wanted it sent to tech support. Their reps show no real effort and always make it sound like I'm the one who caused the problem. The blush products are convenient but dealing with their team is such a hassle that I'm switching to another brand. They don't respond on social media either.
