Would give zero stars if I could. The bouquet that arrived wasn't what I ordered at all. I tried reaching out to FTD but never heard back. They clearly don't care about getting orders right or standing behind their work.

As a frequent customer I've had mostly disappointing orders with mix-ups and things that didn't get sent. This recent order of two bouquets for different recipients though came through perfectly. They arrived when they should have and looked absolutely gorgeous with those fun Easter eggs sitting in the vase. I'm really happy with how this turned out and plan to order from them again.

I order from them pretty regularly and to be honest most times haven't gone well. There's been order mix-ups and unfulfilled deliveries. But this time I sent two arrangements to different people and both came right on schedule looking absolutely stunning. The Easter eggs in the vase were such a fun touch! This experience has me excited to use them again.

Sent a nice arrangement with mums, daisies and soft pink roses to a coworker going through a loss. What arrived instead was droopy roses and nearly dead snapdragons. The whole bouquet looked like it had been sitting for several days. Called customer service to complain and was told they'd send a replacement the next day by morning. It never showed. At noon I called and they said it would get there by three. No delivery. Called again at three thirty and they promised five. I waited until six and still nothing. I cancelled after that. Will never order from them again and definitely won't recommend this company to anyone. You'd honestly have better luck and satisfaction walking into a grocery store and picking up an arrangement in person than using this place.

What showed up was basically wilted roses paired with snapdragons that were practically dead. The whole thing looked like it had been sitting out for days. Total disappointment. Called back at three thirty and got promised five pm. Six pm rolled around with no flowers. Called and cancelled the whole thing. Will not be ordering from them ever again and won't tell anyone to either. You'd honestly get better results buying an arrangement at your local grocery store. That would be worth your time and money way more than dealing with this company.

Not only did they miss the delivery date but nobody even told me it wouldn't happen. I phoned customer service and got a partial shipping refund with a promise the flowers would arrive that same afternoon along with a delivery confirmation. Nope. Instead I get a message after hours saying delivery isn't possible. Called back with a very upset wife on the line and the representative told me I should be thankful for the partial credit and that they were losing money on me. Right, they were losing money on me, not on their inability to complete two deliveries. They lost about three dollars by the way.

When I called customer service they partially refunded shipping and swore the flowers would come later that day with a confirmed delivery time. That never happened. After business hours I got a notification saying they couldn't deliver. Called them back while my wife was upset and the rep actually had the nerve to say I should be grateful for the partial refund since I was costing them money. A company that failed to deliver twice, not me. They lost like three dollars and some change by the way.

Showed up earlier than promised and absolutely stunning. A full week has gone by and they're still looking beautiful and vibrant.

After contacting support more than eight times and scheduling multiple redeliveries that never materialized with staff giving conflicting information, the recipient was still waiting for her flowers over a week in. UPDATE: The flowers finally showed up and they gave an extra twenty percent refund, so I'm raising my rating one star.

Hoping this one brings my friend that same lasting presence. From what I know these are forgiving plants about watering. When you see the leaves start to wilt, water it well and it springs back to life. The quality far exceeded what I expected for the price. I really recommend this plant if you want to send something meaningful and dignified when someone is grieving.

I accidentally placed the same order twice but they still went through with both deliveries anyway. After that they credited my account back for the duplicate charge. The flowers themselves were gorgeous.
