Cosmetics have huge profit margins so losing a 16-year customer over less than $10 just doesn't make sense. I get that I missed the deadline by a few weeks, but even other companies bend the rules sometimes.
Excellent DHC product I absolutely recommend. I've been buying their items for years and absolutely love their silky cotton cosmetic pads. My eyes are pretty reactive and using regular cotton pads to remove makeup always made them hurt and sting. Found these online totally by accident and they changed everything. Each box has 80 pads made with a silk blend on top of 100% natural cotton. They're incredibly soft, super gentle, and my sensitive skin doesn't react to them at all. I'm a big fan and they're actually quite affordable. You can find them at lots of online retailers and I'd definitely suggest them to anyone dealing with sensitive eyes.
