All they care about is collecting money. The drivers and renters don't matter to them. Vehicle owners end up responsible when renters don't pay their tickets and tolls. Good luck getting those paid once the rental ends. And if you try to claim insurance for damage, they'll call it normal wear and tear even when it's clearly intentional damage from the renter. Renters also deal with app glitches all the time. The customer service people are friendly enough but the actual company rules are awful.

Really bad customer service here. They take your money and then have you sitting around waiting for days to get a refund. The whole experience was frustrating and inconvenient. Nothing I asked for got resolved in the first 2 days and they didn't offer any real solutions, just kept sending me in circles. You're better off going with a traditional rental company instead.
