Organized this as a birthday celebration for my husband in early January but it got completely ruined by two women who were heavily intoxicated and had to be escorted out after security had to intervene five separate times which they handled terribly. How were they even permitted inside in that condition given the drinks were charging crazy high prices inside? I submitted a complaint on February 12th and I'm still waiting to hear back. The customer service was really disappointing.

The music was playing at too high a volume, and you couldn't really understand what the singers were saying due to sound quality or vocal issues that didn't fit well with the ABBA material. The show kept stopping for extended breaks between songs which made it hard for the crowd to stay engaged and enthusiastic. The visuals and light design were definitely the strongest part of the production.

This is a really one of a kind production that was absolutely wonderful and very well executed with the digital figures and the lighting effects. We purchased a ticket with reserved seating in the main room but barely sat down since we were toward the back anyway. Instead we spent most of the night singing along and dancing. Would absolutely recommend it to others.

I purchased a beverage and a souvenir mug with my credit card, and the next morning I got a call from the fraud department saying someone had used my card illegally for a £200 charge early Sunday. So just be careful with your payment method there.

The light production is absolutely stunning and the technology is mesmerizing. But I have to warn you, this isn't the place if you want to actually hear ABBA properly because the sound system is really poor. The volume was excessive and the live band kept drowning out the vocals. ABBA's whole appeal comes from those beautiful two voices, but this sounded more like a mediocre ABBA cover band. They were playing the actual recordings so there's no reason the quality should be that bad. The singers even sounded weird and distorted at times. Interestingly the final three songs came through better than the rest but still weren't quite right.

The actual performance deserves five stars, it was incredibly well crafted. However, I purchased a t-shirt as a souvenir which cost a fortune, and only when I got home did I see it had a mark on it. I sent an email to the venue asking about getting a replacement but the people handling merchandise never responded. Before you purchase anything from the gift shop, make sure to carefully inspect it while you're still there.

Absolutely outrageous. I bought tickets and was instructed via email to get them through an app called axs. I attempted multiple times to access my tickets but kept getting an error saying I wasn't authorized. After sending 20 plus emails back and forth, they finally told me I was connected to the USA version of the app. They provided me with a new link, but it just sent me right back to the USA app again. Now I'm out £400 with no way to actually talk to someone about this. It's completely unacceptable.

The show itself was really good but not quite what I imagined. There were tons of screens projecting the action, and the lighting effects were stunning. We spent £270 on two premium tickets but honestly, what's the difference from the regular ones? Nothing worth the price difference. You'd be better off saving your money and going with cheaper seats, this feels like a ripoff.

The dance floor is the way to go if you want to dance. I've tried both the seating and the dance floor, and the dance floor wins hands down. Don't let people's bad reviews discourage you. Any real ABBA devotee needs to see this! My plan is to bring my friends for a third time. The downside is the ticket costs are pretty steep. Definitely try to buy in advance to get better pricing.

I'm honestly puzzled by the harsh reviews. It was phenomenal. We were on the dance floor with tons of space to dance around freely. We made it in right when things kicked off and positioned ourselves toward the right at the front of the stage. The view is excellent no matter where you end up standing. The sound system was perfect. The digital avatars were stunning. If you ask me, skip the seated tickets entirely. We turned around a few times to check on the seated guests behind us, and they definitely didn't seem as happy as those of us on the floor. You're going to have a wonderful time. And the staff everywhere was incredibly warm and helpful, from door staff to beverage servers, and they all seemed genuinely happy to be there. I can't wait to return. One more tip, head over to snooze box once the show ends if you want to keep celebrating with an ABBA themed party. Seriously one of the best nights ever. You won't regret it.

I caught this show two years back and thought it was fantastic. So we decided to go again, but man what a letdown. The audio levels were way too intense, honestly painful to sit through. It completely changed the whole feel of what ABBA is about and turned it into something like heavy metal instead. I'm pretty sure the volume might actually violate health and safety noise limits. My smartwatch even gave me several warnings about the decibel levels being hazardous.
