This place is terrible. Can't reach anyone to help you. Lost my payment and had to go elsewhere to get certified. The test questions are ridiculous too - I studied hard but multiple answers seemed correct. Failed it twice and now my money's just gone. Don't waste your time here.

This is a straight up scam. They promise refunds but don't deliver. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. Their customer service doesn't exist. Awful company and I would never recommend them to anyone.

The course material itself is decent but the customer service is absolutely awful. Getting someone to respond to email takes forever and the chat feature never seems to be staffed. Phone calls don't go much better. The courses are fine but you can't preview them first, can't print transcripts, and have to keep pausing to take notes. The website is confusing to navigate. They'll email you constantly if your membership is about to expire but ignore everything else. Some of my course names got changed so finding my certificates became a hassle. I finished a course four years ago and it's still marked incomplete in my account. If you want a personal training cert, go with NASM or ACSM instead. They actually take care of their people.

Getting help as a student is basically impossible here. There's nowhere to submit questions and calling just gets you bounced around between people for 18 minutes on hold or worse. Sometimes you get a voicemail but nobody calls back. One person told me to use a website feature I couldn't even find. I left multiple messages over a week about something confusing in the material and heard nothing. At this point I don't even want to deal with them anymore. I regret buying from them entirely.

Terrible customer service. My textbook got lost shipping and I spent a week trying to contact someone. Their chat doesn't work. Emails go nowhere. Can't get through on the phone either. Find another company for this.

The proctor for my online test never showed up. I was there ready to go but they weren't. Now I'm out the money and can't retake it without paying hundreds more. This should not happen.

This organization is all about making money, not about actually helping people succeed. Their test failure rate hovers around 65%, which tells you they're not making the certification achievable if they really cared about changing lives. I think they deliberately design test questions around the ones you miss during practice. Plus a lot of what gets tested isn't clearly covered in the study material. The proctoring setup is a complete mess and unprofessional. I called a week ago to discuss my failed attempt and the guy said someone would call back. Of course they never did.

I spent $479 on their web design service and never got what they promised. They keep asking me to pay more for different services instead. When I bought it, there was no mention that I'd lose my money if I didn't submit my content within six months. Only after I paid did they email me about this expiration window and how extra charges would kick in afterward. The yearly cost for what I should've gotten is nearly $400 more. This six month deadline was buried and not shown upfront, which feels dishonest and wrong. As someone who's been a customer for years, I'm really let down and concerned about fair dealing here. It feels like they set you up to fail so they can charge you more. Be very careful about what you agree to because the real terms aren't clear until after you've already paid.

This company is pretty rough. I signed up for their health coaching program and after a month they said on my dashboard that I had to take the personal trainer course first before my exam. When I said I couldn't afford it as a student and asked for my money back, they said the refund window had closed. After going back and forth with them about getting refunded, the process was slow. Someone told me they'd only take 30% of my money back, so I went with that. But then they actually took way more than 30%. They basically lied to me. Don't recommend this site.

Awful company that doesn't listen to customers. I bought their GFI course and when I finished and tried to take the exam, it wouldn't work. They told me I had to test in person but that wasn't possible for me. When I asked for a refund since I couldn't complete the test online, they basically said too bad. Now I can't get certified. I'd tell everyone to go somewhere else. Terrible company with worse tech support.

Five years ago when I got certified here, their customer service was excellent. Not anymore. It's become really hard to reach anyone when you need help and I'm struggling to find CE options. I've tried downloading some courses but they don't show up in my account properly. I'm spending way too much time just trying to keep my certification active. They have online chat support but lately nobody's there to chat with. Really disappointed in how much things have declined.

Great experience getting my PT certification here. I grabbed the physical book, workbook, and access to their study resources. What really helped was connecting with other students in the study group. The practice exams were really valuable too. Through my membership, I got some free CE classes and learned a ton about the fitness industry. I take most of my CE credits elsewhere but can get them recognized here if I use the right code. The CE tracking process made sense and when I had a question, I got someone on the phone quickly to answer it.

Got my certification through them and really enjoyed all the study material. The problem came when I needed to do continuing education credits. Getting clear guidance on how to proceed was frustrating, and the information I received wasn't very helpful.
