WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! They say on their website that return will be processed in 2 weeks time max and that refund will be sent straightaway.It's been 2 MONTHS since I started the return, I try to contact them, no answers or basic answers saying they're sorry but not doing anything. They REFUSE to refund my package, clearly wrong. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE, go to Nike or whatever

STOLEN

Had an order worth over $500 of products. I only received 3/8 items I ordered. The shoebox was torn from the side, leaving me with an empty shoebox. They also gave me a pair of large tall pants that I didn’t even order. I have a Ring camera and saw that my package was delivered by three guys in a black Hyundai. I just received an email today saying me they won’t issue me a refund because “the order was fulfilled at the warehouse.” It’s been over two weeks and i’m still trying to get my money back.

Not a good return policy

Generally I’m happy with the shoes and my issue is with quality team and return policy.I once wore a football boots and it made my big toenail sore so I returned it but it was rejected.I’m not happy with the boot which I just wore it once and I can’t wear it anymore since it makes my big toenail sore.

Absolutely Unacceptable Customer Experience — Adidas Failed Completely

I placed an order with Adidas on November 28th for a jersey that was supposed to be delivered by December 19th. The delivery date was pushed back multiple times, and as of December 22nd, the jersey has still not arrived. There is no shipment, no tracking update that reflects reality, and no accountability.What makes this experience truly infuriating is Adidas’s customer service. I called and spoke with a representative who informed me that there is no way to cancel the order, despite the fact that it has not even shipped. I escalated the call to a supervisor, only to be told the exact same thing. Apparently, once Adidas takes your money, you are completely powerless, even when they fail to deliver on their own timeline.This is a $150 purchase, and I am now being forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company because Adidas refuses to take responsibility for their failure. This jersey was the only thing my husband asked for Christmas, and because of Adidas’s delays and rigid, customer-hostile policies, he will not be receiving it. Instead, I am left scrambling, disappointed, and out $150.For a company as massive as Adidas, this level of service is astonishingly poor. The inability to cancel an unshipped order, combined with repeated delays and scripted, unhelpful customer service, sends a clear message: Adidas does not care about its customers once they have your money.This entire experience has been a nightmare. I will not be ordering directly from Adidas again, and I strongly caution others to think twice before trusting this company with time-sensitive purchases, especially during the holidays.

Terrible customer service

Wow! Wish I’d seen all these terrible reviews first! I’ve ordered some trainers which haven’t arrived and I know won’t arrive. They’re lost in transit with EVRI! The usual story. I’ve ordered lots from adidas over the years and they usually arrive within days so this is the first time contacting their customer services. Wow, they are terrible. Asking me to be patient. Asking me to keep waiting a few more days. Then telling me I should contact them AGAIN. This will be the 3rd time contacting them saying the exact same. That I have not received my item and it’s obvious I won’t be either. They should be contacting Evri themselves to find out where it is and then contacting me to let me know, but no, they want me to do all the work. Terrible customer service.

Worst customer service!!AVOID

Wish I could give no stars. Ordered trainers through asos, ASOS have zero customer service in place and pushed me back to adidas. Reached out to them and basically they don’t want to know. Said the product is out of stock and go back to asos even though it’s for there product and the money has been passed to them (as per asos) Also says on asos website that the product is an asos brand partner and comes directly from adidas but clearly it won’t if adidas has marked it out of stock.
