Used to Be My Go To Place. Things have really gone downhill. Used to get stuff super fast but lately it's not like that anymore. One recent order never showed up at all. The one before that took forever, like 3 weeks. Really let down and won't be shopping here anymore.

Getting Better All the Time. Adore Beauty keeps improving and I'm here for it. The product variety is fantastic, the way they operate is solid, and shipping gets 5 stars every time. Honestly I'd give them 10 if I could. Props to them also for including a treat with my order.

Frustrating Experience with Poor Support. My first order worked out fine but this one was different. I spent about $200 and paid extra for express delivery. Days went by with no updates, which normally wouldn't be a big deal except you can't reach an actual person, just chat with a bot. Then they say it takes 1 to 3 business days to talk to someone. After that who knows how long you're waiting around. You have one simple job. Pack items and send them out. If you can't manage that, why exist? I won't be coming back.

Updated my rating to 3 stars since I try not to take things personally and I get that businesses face challenges sometimes. I'm also grateful for their response. I've shopped with Adore Beauty for quite a while now and always appreciated how quickly and efficiently they processed orders and delivered them. So when my last experience didn't go smoothly, it was a letdown. My order sat in processing way longer than normal, and when it showed up, the contents were wrong. What really stood out to me was how customer service handled it. Instead of explaining what was happening or offering some reassurance to a long-time customer, they just offered a refund if I wanted one. I recognize that companies go through growing pains and expansion phases. Maintaining super fast shipping is tough as you scale up. But if delivery timelines have shifted, just being upfront about it would help a lot. Most beauty shops take a week anyway, which is totally reasonable if folks know what to expect. Right now it feels a bit chaotic. Could be staffing, could be how things are run, I'm not certain. What matters to me as a customer is clear communication and knowing that my loyalty is valued. I'm stepping back for a bit and hoping things improve, because I really did like shopping there.

Ordered December 24 and Paid Extra for Rush Shipping. It's now January 6 and still waiting on my order. I've reached out via email multiple times, tried calling, and attempted getting help through customer support with basically zero response and no real assistance. It honestly feels like there's nobody there to help. What's worse is I paid specifically for express shipping and haven't even gotten the package, and definitely haven't gotten any explanation. This whole thing has been incredibly frustrating and annoying. Charging for express shipping and then not delivering it or talking to customers is not acceptable.

Promo Codes Don't Work at All. AB keeps emailing me discount offers after I look around and add something to my cart BUT the code NEVER works. It's honestly a scam at this point. I've had to reach out to their support team repeatedly and they always give me some excuse about why the code won't apply. JUST QUIT SENDING ME EMAILS WITH CODES THAT DON'T WORK. How is this so difficult. You tell me to come back and then make me feel unwelcome. It's a waste of everyone's time and I'm done with this place.

Really Happy with My Purchases. I've been a customer here for a couple years and I'm consistently satisfied with how quickly things arrive. Orders show up almost always within two days. Every shipment also includes a treat and sample items to try out. Since I'm in Sydney this works perfectly for me. I usually end up getting amazing deals on products too. Their customer support team has also been fantastic every single time. This is honestly the best option for shopping for beauty products online.

Fantastic Turnaround on Hard to Find Items. I bought something that's been out of stock basically everywhere and it arrived in just one business day. Plus they threw in some really cute sample products. Will 100 percent be shopping with them again.
