The customer service at this airline is honestly the worst I've experienced. When I reported serious problems like massive delays, insects on the plane, bad food, and unfair treatment from staff, all they said was they'd look into it. It's been weeks and every time I follow up I get the same response. Nothing ever actually gets resolved.
