Stay away from this site. I've been shopping with them for years and watched it turn into something sketchy. They're vague about shipping and tax issues, customers end up paying extra taxes while the company pockets the VAT they charge, and they're basically useless when you need help. Major brands need to stop working with this retailer.

I've been a loyal customer for years but I'm really frustrated with what's happening now. I ordered a yellow rain jacket to replace one my daughter outgrew, but the color looks completely different than before so I wanted to return it. Now they're charging me forty dollars to send it back, which shouldn't be legal. They used to cover return shipping, so I was blindsided by that charge on my last order. When I complained they didn't apologize or seem to care. This new order I thought would be fine, but now I'm facing that forty dollar return fee again. When I brought this up before I told them they should mention the policy change right on the checkout page so people actually know. But instead this company keeps sneaking these changes through without warning their longtime customers. It feels intentionally deceptive.

Had to send a return all the way to Sweden, which caught me off guard since the company advertises a London address on multiple platforms. Turns out they moved a while ago but never bothered updating their info anywhere. They're quick to respond when people leave bad reviews but seem totally uninterested in fixing their basic business details online. It would take five minutes to change the address in their settings, but they don't want customers knowing they're actually based overseas. This really shows how far downhill this company has gone.

Worst experience with customer support I've ever had. They shipped me faulty rain boots and acted like it was my problem. They wanted me to print four return labels and drive across town to send back shoes that they should've inspected before shipping. Won't send a replacement until they get the defective pair back. So basically I have to take time off work, pay for gas and printing, and get treated like I'm the one who messed up when it was totally their fault. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. I'm never ordering from them again.

Shopping with them for the first time was great. Both the delivery service and the quality of what I received were excellent. Takes a bit longer since packages come from overseas, but you can choose between having it sent to your house or picking it up at a designated location.

They're now claiming they never got items I returned, even though I sent them back. I combined two orders in one box with both return slips included, but apparently the returns department only found items from one order. Then an extra pair of boots magically disappeared. They never even tried to look into it. They won't care about the thirty-eight pounds difference, but this kind of behavior doesn't build trust. AlexandAlexa is going the wrong direction if they care about their reputation.
