My Alex and Ani bracelet is fantastic! The build quality feels strong but stays comfortable to wear day after day. People compliment it all the time and it looks amazing stacked with my other bracelets. The design is really lovely and meaningful too, and it still looks brand new despite wearing it constantly. No tarnish at all. Delivery was quick and the packaging looked beautiful. Totally worth the money and I'm planning to order more.

This company doesn't follow through on their refund or exchange policy for damaged items. My order arrived with multiple problems, black residue stuck on the pieces, missing stones, broken parts, tarnish, chipped finish, and a broken necklace slider. I emailed customer support with photos and detailed descriptions but had to send over ten emails resubmitting the same information over and over. No actual resolution was offered. It seems like they're using automated customer service that just keeps asking for the same details without ever actually helping. They still haven't refunded me or arranged an exchange.

I emailed customer service twice but heard nothing back except an auto-response saying someone would contact me within a day or two. It's been over two weeks of silence.

Placed my order more than three weeks ago and still haven't received anything. Trying to find customer service was impossible, no working phone number or email address anywhere. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank, which was a huge hassle.

The wire on the peeps bunny bangle and yellow chick bangle is way too thin. I'm pretty sure after putting it on ten times it's going to be bent and ruined. The peeps earrings are great quality though, and the gold bunny bangle is solid.
