Love the content and some of the instructors, but the app keeps crashing constantly which is infuriating. After my discounted first year ended, they automatically renewed without making the terms visible in my settings or any reminder. Asked customer support five different times about the renewal timing and cost but got no responses. Year one they didn't charge tax but year two they added it without telling me beforehand. The whole customer service experience and communication is really bad. And canceling isn't straightforward either.
