They're trying to scam me by insisting I pay to send it back and then threatening to charge me a restocking fee on top of that for their defective product. They don't answer phones and don't return voicemails. Steer clear of this outfit.

The animatronic puppy is loud, moves in an awkward robotic way like a wind-up toy from decades ago, and barks in an artificial manner. It's rough textured, not soft or huggable at all. Total waste of money. The actual manufacturers are way more helpful, so if you absolutely must buy this product go straight to the source. Heads up that this store appears to be filtering reviews, so if you see critical feedback on search engines or other platforms but not on their site, that tells you not to trust anything positive showing up there. It's unfortunate because they're exploiting the trust and goodwill of families trying to help their relatives. They'll say items with fur can't be returned, which applies to basically everything they sell similar to this, so they're misleading people by not just stating items aren't returnable but hiding behind excuses. A business like this that targets vulnerable folks really shouldn't be allowed to operate.

On top of that the display stays lit all the time which burns through the battery super fast on this budget phone.
