My kid used the kids version of the Powecom KN95 for two years without issues, but when we got a new batch, he broke out in a rash almost immediately. I emailed customer service asking about a replacement and haven't heard back. I'm pretty disappointed since they market themselves as a small business that cares. We switched to a different brand and our son's skin is much better now.

I've had some successful transactions with them over time, but things seem to have gotten worse. Now I'm honestly wondering if there was some deception going on.

I submitted an order on January 20th, 2022. After trying numerous times to find out what was happening and requesting my money back with zero response, I filed a dispute through my payment service. Instead of refunding me, they sent the package weeks later with still no response to my dispute. It's not just bad customer service, it's basically no customer service at all.

I wanted to cancel my purchase right after I bought it, so I sent a message almost immediately. There's no way to cancel through the site, so you have to contact them. Days went by without any word, and the package already shipped. They really need a better system for handling cancellations without requiring email support.

When I tried the main customer service email, it bounced back because their inbox is full. I get that they're probably swamped, but if you can't keep up with orders, you shouldn't be taking them. At minimum, give customers a heads up about delays.

I bought some KN95 masks seven days ago and they took the money from my card immediately, but I haven't gotten any acknowledgment of my order. I've sent several emails trying to get their attention, but the main customer service email kept bouncing back, saying their inbox was too full. I even emailed the CEO asking them to just confirm they got my message and my money, or let me know if they can't fill it so I can buy elsewhere. A whole week has passed and they're completely ignoring me. This is really bad service, especially since they already charged me. UPDATE: Twenty days later and still nothing, no masks and no responses. They won't even acknowledge my refund request. I'm about to file a complaint and contact my credit card company to reverse the charges. This is an awful way to run a business.

These Powecon masks don't fit right and don't work well, but the price sure is high for what you get.

The black KN95 masks by Powecom are exactly what I expected. They provide solid protection, come with an authentic verification sticker, fit comfortably, and hold up well.
