My experience with this company's excursion service was really disappointing. I booked a catamaran tour for myself and my elderly father while we were vacationing in Mexico. When high winds came through, they kept postponing our trip not once but three different times. I understand weather happens, but what came after was totally unacceptable. We ended up having to leave on the exact day the tour was finally scheduled because of a major storm that disrupted flights. Even though we never got to do the tour through no fault of our own, they refused to give us any money back. The lack of flexibility and basic care was shocking. They could cancel and reschedule whenever they wanted because of weather, but when we couldn't attend due to circumstances we couldn't control, they wouldn't do anything to help. This really says something negative about their company. Their customer service was terrible, their policies seem one-sided, and the whole situation was handled in a really frustrating way. He was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience special. The tour included an amazing Cirque du Soleil performance and a delicious dinner. Jared paid attention to every detail and treated us with genuine warmth. I'd definitely recommend booking with them if you have the chance.

We had a really frustrating experience because of false information we were given during booking. We were told the zip-lining activity could handle people up to 500 pounds, so we booked it. But when we got there, my fiancé, who is 6'7" and weighs 275 pounds, wasn't allowed to participate. We lost an entire day of our vacation because of this. The next day we booked an adults-only hip-hop party boat, which turned out to be completely different from what was advertised. There were kids there the whole time, and there was no hip-hop music played at all. These false promises really ruined our trip and didn't match what we were told when we made the booking.

They told me the luggage was never on the van and said I had verbally confirmed with the driver that everything was there. That was false. I never actually talked to the driver because the front desk staff handled the luggage. My husband was there when loading happened and actually saw the driver put that bag on. In the end, the company refused to own up to the driver's mistake.

Went to Cancun in March 2024 and booked with this company for transportation. Finding them at the airport was challenging since the whole place is pretty hectic. Once I found them, I waited about 20 minutes for other passengers to finish clearing customs. Our driver took a wrong turn to someone's hotel and had to pull over to look up addresses on his phone GPS. The whole trip from airport to my hotel ended up taking just over 2 hours. The ride back to the airport went better though. The driver picked me up on schedule from the hotel, grabbed other passengers pretty quickly, and got everyone to the airport within an hour. One thing that caught me off guard was when the driver announced we could drop tips in a basket at the front of the bus. It's pretty unusual to have tips requested so openly. I don't plan on using them again for my next trip.

I wish there was a zero-star option. We visit this destination pretty often. This time we decided to try this company. After getting through customs, we went to their van but then sat there for 40 minutes waiting. They said they were holding the van for other people from our flight. That should have only been 10 minutes maximum. Apparently while we were stuck in the van, those other passengers were grabbing food. After 10 minutes, they should have taken us to our resort and picked up the other group when they were ready. We paid for our transfer just like everyone else, and we ended up being dropped off last. There was no group discount either. We won't use them again.

Had a really bad experience with these people. We booked some activities through our resort and were left confused the whole time. My first booking was awful. There was a $30 transportation fee that was supposed to be included but we got charged it anyway. When we got there, the taxi driver wanted $20 because he was never paid by them. Nobody organized transportation back like we thought would happen, and we had to walk all the way back to our resort since we didn't have extra money besides what we needed for the tour guide tip. We were also given the wrong time for the activity and almost didn't get picked up because of it. They said the activity would last three hours but it was only one hour. I was shocked and tried to cancel my other bookings with them, but they made it really difficult. I thought I could trust them but they just ruined my vacation. They lied and scammed us multiple times. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They are con artists! Be warned and protect your money from them! My husband and I booked a round-trip private van transfer between our hotel and the airport in Cancun. When we arrived, they made us sit around for over 30 minutes even though we had a scheduled pickup time, and the private van turned out to be just a regular taxi. To make it worse, for our return transfer from hotel to airport, they completely messed up the timing. They came in the early morning when we had specifically requested an evening pickup in our original reservation. When we asked them to stick to the time we arranged, they refused. Then they lied and said it would take 2 hours to get to the airport due to construction work and that the only way they could help was with a shared bus, even though we paid for a private transfer at a later time. We got charged for a service that wasn't delivered. In the end, we called our own taxi and it was way easier and faster, taking less than 30 minutes, not 2 hours. Plus the taxi showed up whenever we needed it. Definitely avoid this company. They're unprofessional and don't care about customer needs at all.

Stay away from this company completely. Total scammers. We paid upfront for round-trip airport transfers. The representative assigned to us never showed up, and they never even scheduled a return pickup from our hotel. We ended up having to pay for a taxi to get to the airport ourselves. The day before our return, our contact confirmed a 1 PM pickup, but nobody came. Really unprofessional and a bad experience overall. Just be careful if you're thinking about using them.

They sold me a tour and then canceled it because not enough people at the resort bought tickets. Why would you sell something you can't actually provide? They pulled this same move in another Mexican beach city last year too.
