When high winds came through, they kept postponing our trip not once but three different times. I understand weather happens, but what came after was totally unacceptable. We ended up having to leave on the exact day the tour was finally scheduled because of a major storm that disrupted flights. Even though we never got to do the tour through no fault of our own, they refused to give us any money back. The lack of flexibility and basic care was shocking. They could cancel and reschedule whenever they wanted because of weather, but when we couldn't attend due to circumstances we couldn't control, they wouldn't do anything to help. This really says something negative about their company. Their customer service was terrible, their policies seem one-sided, and the whole situation was handled in a really frustrating way. I can't recommend them to anyone.
I recently went on a tour booked through this company and it was wonderful. I really want to give a shout-out to Jared De Leon for how great he was. He was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience special. The tour included an amazing Cirque du Soleil performance and a delicious dinner. Jared paid attention to every detail and treated us with genuine warmth. I'd definitely recommend booking with them if you have the chance.
We had a really frustrating experience because of false information we were given during booking. We were told the zip-lining activity could handle people up to 500 pounds, so we booked it. But when we got there, my fiancé, who is 6'7" and weighs 275 pounds, wasn't allowed to participate. We lost an entire day of our vacation because of this. The next day we booked an adults-only hip-hop party boat, which turned out to be completely different from what was advertised. There were kids there the whole time, and there was no hip-hop music played at all. These false promises really ruined our trip and didn't match what we were told when we made the booking.
We reserved a tour through a booking link on a travel website for an activity in a local area. They charged us the full price even though not enough people signed up, which wasn't our problem to solve. I booked a private transportation pickup from the airport and it was a total letdown. When I needed to leave earlier for my return trip to catch an international flight, they refused to adjust the pickup time. Their response was basically that I could cancel and grab a taxi instead. When I asked about getting my money back, they said no and told me to try getting a refund from the travel booking company I used. This was honestly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. If you're traveling with children, I'd strongly recommend finding another company. The unreliability and poor treatment made what should have been a nice vacation pretty stressful.
I used their transportation when visiting Cancun and had a problem. The driver didn't unload all of our bags. Once I noticed items were missing, I contacted the company rep right away at the resort. They told me the luggage was never on the van and said I had verbally confirmed with the driver that everything was there. That was false. I never actually talked to the driver because the front desk staff handled the luggage. My husband was there when loading happened and actually saw the driver put that bag on. In the end, the company refused to own up to the driver's mistake.
Went to Cancun in March 2024 and booked with this company for transportation. Finding them at the airport was challenging since the whole place is pretty hectic. Once I found them, I waited about 20 minutes for other passengers to finish clearing customs. Our driver took a wrong turn to someone's hotel and had to pull over to look up addresses on his phone GPS. The whole trip from airport to my hotel ended up taking just over 2 hours. The ride back to the airport went better though. The driver picked me up on schedule from the hotel, grabbed other passengers pretty quickly, and got everyone to the airport within an hour. One thing that caught me off guard was when the driver announced we could drop tips in a basket at the front of the bus. It's pretty unusual to have tips requested so openly. I don't plan on using them again for my next trip.
We got left waiting in the heat for over 20 minutes even though we had paid for a private van. Other vehicles showed up and people who got there after us left right away, meanwhile about a dozen company staff members were just hanging out talking to each other and ignoring us. Then on the way back, they told us they couldn't pick us up at the time we booked. We ended up having to rush and take a taxi to the airport at the last minute. What a rip-off.
I wish there was a zero-star option. We visit this destination pretty often. This time we decided to try this company. After getting through customs, we went to their van but then sat there for 40 minutes waiting. They said they were holding the van for other people from our flight. That should have only been 10 minutes maximum. Apparently while we were stuck in the van, those other passengers were grabbing food. After 10 minutes, they should have taken us to our resort and picked up the other group when they were ready. We paid for our transfer just like everyone else, and we ended up being dropped off last. There was no group discount either. We won't use them again.
The return ride to the airport was a disaster. The driver completely no-showed even though I had a reservation. When I called, they said he was at the wrong hotel and asked me to wait five minutes. That turned out to be a complete lie. He never came. I had to call a taxi to get to the airport since I was running out of time, but I still got charged the full price for a private service I never received. If you have any other options, take them. This company is not dependable at all.
