Having trouble getting my earrings and when I email them, I just get an automatic message saying they'll respond within two days. Still haven't heard back about shipping info. The label was created in early March and it's been stuck in that status for weeks now.

Placed an order for earrings and then get hit with surprise charges on my credit card the next day. They charged almost 4 dollars extra plus another 50 bucks with zero explanation during checkout. Found out they'd set up an automatic charge on my account without asking. Had to cancel it myself. Watch out for this company, the whole situation felt really sketchy.
