That's when I realized the exact same Andalou products I'd been buying now showed up with Sodium Benzoate in them, even though the site selling them didn't mention it in the ingredient list. I contacted customer service but still haven't gotten a real response. Here's the thing though: their official website does list Sodium Benzoate for these products. If you're trying to stay away from that ingredient, don't assume it's not there just because a third-party seller doesn't list it. Andalou needs to take more responsibility for how their products are being labeled and sold elsewhere, and they should've actually helped me figure this out instead of just suggesting I ask for my money back.

Placed an order but never got my confirmation number. Tried calling and emailing with no response. This looks like a scam to me. I'm contacting my bank to dispute the charge.

Do yourself a favor and pay for shipping so you at least get real tracking info. When my order finally arrived sixteen days later, the bottles were warm to the touch and I'm honestly not sure if the products are still safe to use on my face. That was a frustrating experience.

I saw a buy 2 get 1 free email and ordered right when it was running, but the free item never showed up at checkout. When I reached out, they asked me to prove the promotion existed with a screenshot. Seems like they don't even keep track of their own deals. A real customer service person would've checked with their promotions department instead of making me do the legwork. Plus their email system won't let me reply directly, only through their website. That's when I decided to shop elsewhere. I'd rather give my money to vegan companies that actually walk the walk.
