Update from 10/30: Finally, someone escalated my case to an actual representative who managed to work things out with FedEx and got a replacement order processed. While FedEx definitely bears most of the blame here, the customer service experience could've been way smoother. The replacement hasn't arrived yet but I'll update once it does. Bumping this up to 3 stars for now. Update from Nov 3: All three rugs arrived in perfect condition. Everything worked out in the end, which brings me to a solid 5 stars.
