ASUS offers Price Match within 30 days from the order invoice date. Contact Customer Service with your Order Number to receive a refund for the price difference.
- The model name or part number must exactly match the listing on asus.com.
- The listing must be actively on sale at the time of request.
- Price Match refund is the pre-tax amount only.
- Price Match does not apply to special promotions, listing errors, or Student Pricing offers.
ASUS Return Policy
ASUS accepts returns for refund within 30 calendar days from the order date. Customers may be charged a 15% Restocking Fee for non-defective returned items or if the product is opened or missing accessories. All eligible refunds cover the merchandise total and applicable sales tax. Important notes:
- Warranty cards with the code scratched are not eligible for return.
- Warranty card returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
- Software, driver discs, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
