ASUS Price Match Policy

ASUS offers Price Match within 30 days from the order invoice date. You need to contact Customer Service with your Order Number stated in your confirmation email to receive a refund for the price difference.

To be eligible, the model name or part number must match the online listing on asus.com.

  • The listing must be actively on sale at the time of request.

  • The Price Match refund total is the pre-tax amount.

  • Price Match does not apply to products purchased during special promotions.

  • Price Match policy excludes any listing errors and any Student Pricing offers.

ASUS Return Policy

ASUS accepts return for refund within 30 calendar days from the order date. Customers  may be charged a 15% Restocking Fee for non-defective returned items, or if the product is in opened or missing accessory condition. 

All eligible refunds will cover the merchandise total and applicable sales tax based on the original order.

Keep in mind: 

  • Warranty cards with the code scratched are not eligible for return.

  • Warranty card returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

  • Software, driver disc, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
