Preston from Auto Zone on Wisconsin Ave. Appleton, Wisconsin

I went to Auto Zone on Wisconsin Ave. and went in with a broken right windshield wiper. I didn't know what kind of wiper it was. Preston was such a big help. He helped me find the right windshield wiper that matched the passenger side wiper. He was so helpful. He told me how to put it on because I didn't have the vehicle there. He's an outstanding employee and should be recognized for his outstanding service. He was so friendly and very generous because I didn't have enough money and he helped me pay for it. On Thursday, March 12, I had a truly memorable experience at AutoZone Auto Parts on 1200 SW 27 Ave, Miami. I feel it deserves to be shared.From the moment I arrived, something immediately caught my attention: part of the store’s team is made up of women. I had the opportunity to speak with the Store Manager, Juan G., who explained that it was his initiative to create more opportunities for women to grow in a field traditionally dominated by men. I found that vision of leadership not only intelligent but also courageous and necessary in the times we live in.The person who assisted me was Gisell Trujillo, and I must say her professionalism and attitude truly impressed me. With complete confidence and clear knowledge of her work, she replaced the engine air filter in my husband’s car, the wipers, and the battery, all while training Solianni, a new member of the team. Watching Gisell work with that combination of skill, efficiency, and willingness to teach was honestly admirable.During that time, I noticed something interesting: several customers seemed surprised to see a woman performing this type of technical work, as if they did not expect it. To me, it was almost amusing, but also deeply meaningful, because what was actually happening was the opposite — a clear demonstration of capability, preparation, and professionalism.Initiatives like the one led by Juan G. do more than strengthen a business; they also help break stereotypes and open doors for more women to develop in this field. As a woman and as part of our Latino community, I felt very proud to witness something like this.I would also like to mention that on Friday, March 6, I was assisted at this same store by Roberto Neira, who also demonstrated outstanding knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. Me and my wife was leaving to head back…

Me and my wife was leaving to head back home to Texas and we was having electrical issues. We come in and had our system checked and come to find out that the battery terminal had broke and was not getting a good connection. Jeff took good care of us and gave us a hand changing it out and we headed on our way. Thank you for the help.

Mac at AutoZone…in Holiday a real stand up guy!

2I had the best experience at AutoZone in Holiday!! I needed a new battery for my caddy...."Mac" the store manager helped me pick the right one and since my husband died earlier this year, I needed help putting it in. He came to my house and put it in!!! He wouldn't take a tip! Very nice and courteous, I am so very thankful.👍😊
