I want to mention something about their shipping experience. Don't get me wrong, the cupcakes themselves taste great and are good quality. But their delivery service is really problematic. I've ordered them shipped a few times now and every single time, even though I picked a specific date and paid extra for it, they show up several days later than promised.

Every single time I've ordered from them, those amazing little cupcakes arrive exactly when promised. I've gotten them six different times now and they're consistently delicious. I'm a huge fan of this company!

If I could give this a worse rating I would. Like many others, I paid for a delivery on Monday but the tracking kept changing the date to Tuesday, then Wednesday. This is unacceptable when you order something for a specific occasion. The company can't even get you on the phone, won't respond to emails, and when you try their chat it puts you in a queue with waits of over 30 or 40 minutes. I spent $600 on this order and feel completely disrespected. There's no excuse for this kind of service when customers have important reasons for needing things on specific dates.

Just got a delivery today and wow, these are fantastic! They're super fresh and taste great.

The website calls them mini cupcakes but they're actually way smaller than that. I've bought mini cupcakes at regular stores and these are about a third of that size. They're basically cupcake bites. For the price they're charging, I could have gotten 50 full-sized cupcakes from an actual bakery. The website photos don't show you how tiny they really are. I wish I had read the reviews first before placing my order.

I haven't even placed an order with these people and they keep blowing up my phone with texts constantly. I've tried everything to stop it - deleted their messages, called them, blocked them - nothing works. They won't leave me alone. This is so annoying that I've decided I'll never actually order from them, and I tell everyone I know to avoid this company. Every time they text me again, I'm going to leave another bad review. They need to get the message and stop bothering me.

I placed two Father's Day orders totaling $112 that were supposed to arrive by 6 PM on a specific date, but neither one showed up. When I reached out to support the next morning, I got sent to voicemail. I emailed and was told they'd respond in 48 hours. When I tried to log into my account to get order details, I found the company had disabled it without explanation. Four days later with multiple calls, emails, chat attempts, and even a social media message, I still hadn't heard anything back. The orders finally arrived three days after the promised delivery date, which meant they'd been sitting somewhere unknown and weren't safe to eat anymore. After getting zero response through any channel, I had to dispute the charges with my bank just to get any resolution.

I never even got to try the actual product because my order never made it to me. I've been trying to contact their customer service team through multiple ways, but nothing has worked out. No one answers the phone, emails don't get helpful responses, and the chat bot just sends you to fill out a form without even telling you when someone might get back to you. Before ordering, I'd suggest checking out other companies since there are lots of complaints about shipping problems, and this place doesn't seem equipped to fix those kinds of issues.

Got these as a gift but the shipping took longer than expected. Even though their site says they should be fine by the time they arrive, something was off. The cupcakes cost way too much for how small they are, basically the size of popcorn. Plus they're packed with artificial stuff like dyes and colorings. I'm not someone who gets sick easily but these did a number on me. Would never eat them again and don't recommend them to anyone.

These cupcakes are both delicious and fun, plus the customer service experience was fantastic. I ordered a big batch to celebrate with my son and daughter-in-law and had them shipped to my sister's house. Unfortunately, the day they arrived, her home got hit with severe storms and torrential wind that knocked down massive trees onto her roof and completely damaged the package. I contacted them through their chat the next day and they immediately stepped up to help, sending out a fresh replacement order to my niece instead. Everyone still got to enjoy those tasty cupcakes at our celebration a few days later. Really appreciate how they handled this difficult situation.
