Can't reach them by phone either - the number's broken. I'm sitting here down 70 pounds with no way to contact them.

The item showed up different from how it looked online, so I sent it back using tracked mail and emailed confirmation that I'd shipped it. Got my refund after a couple weeks. That said, it was pretty unclear whether I'd actually get the money back initially. They really need to work on how they talk to customers and set expectations better, especially given what people pay for their clothes. When they don't respond quickly or at all, and you can't figure out when your refund is coming, it just creates bad reviews. Better communication from their team would solve a lot of this.

Ordered from them, sent the item back at their request even though I had to pay for that. Sent tracked delivery confirmation and now they're ghosting my emails and won't refund me. Looks like this is what they do to everyone. It's been a month since they got my return. The only way to get paid back is through a credit card chargeback.

Absolutely terrible - would give zero stars if possible. Zero customer service at all. I've sent five emails with nothing back, and their phone line is just an answering machine that nobody ever picks up. Placed a big order and nothing showed up. After I complained, they told me some random excuse about socks causing a delay. When it finally got here, half my stuff was missing and they never gave me my money back. They pocketed a lot of cash from me and that's it. Emails go nowhere and they don't answer their phones. Don't trust this company.
