I dropped over $1400 on a furniture piece and it wasn't what the website showed. I'm really upset about this because I had my heart set on that particular item.

I'd give this zero stars if possible. The first lamp set I bought arrived broken. So I tried a different set that was shown with a white shade in the pictures, but what showed up looked more lavender colored. The base design was nice so I tried ordering different shades from them. On their site, the shades appeared to have gold hardware, but the ones that arrived were silver. They told me it was just the photography in their studio and wouldn't stand behind it. To return anything, I'd have to pay $44 per item, meaning I'd also be out the $400 I already spent on lamps plus nearly $100 more in return costs. Never again!

Purchased a set of pillows but they refused my return even though I'm within the 30-day window. They actually sent me an email suggesting I just use the pillows with something else. Are you serious? I won't be shopping with you again.

Bought premium kitchen faucets that were supposed to be available and arrive in under a week. Everything kept getting pushed back. Getting ahold of anyone for help was impossible - nobody picks up the phone, the chat feature wasn't useful, and I spent over 2 hours texting without getting my problem solved.

I bought a dresser for nearly $700 back in September and it fell apart just four months later. One of the drawers started giving way, then the whole thing just came apart piece by piece. I called customer service asking for either a replacement or my money back, but they wouldn't help because I'd passed the 30-day window. Now I'm out $700 with a broken dresser I need to get rid of, plus I'll probably spend another grand on a better quality one. Terrible service! Shop elsewhere. The company's standards have really dropped now that they're basically run like Overstock.

This company is the worst. I bought two shelving units and one arrived defective with broken parts. Rather than sending replacement parts or giving me a full refund, they insisted I ship the whole thing back. The box showed shipping damage that made it impossible to pack safely for return. Even though I'd purchased shipping insurance at checkout, they wouldn't help because the damage wasn't from shipping itself. Thirty days to resolve issues, that's their policy, but with all my phone calls where they kept saying wait five days, then seven days, then two more days to hear from their supplier, that window closed fast. Every call got me different answers and each one was worse than the last. I finally pushed hard enough to get $60 back on a $150 purchase, but I'm stuck with the broken shelf. I wanted the correct parts fixed, which seems totally reasonable. Never shopping with them again.

Worst service I've ever experienced! We found a nightstand on the site and bought two, thinking we'd get a matching pair. Instead, we got four! The product descriptions don't mention anywhere that each order comes as a set of two. Trying to call meant waiting over an hour, so we reached out through their chat support instead. Turns out they had to ask their vendor about this because they weren't even sure! A few days later, confirmation came back that yes, it's sold as pairs. They told us we could return the extras but we'd have to cover the expensive return shipping even though it was their mistake. And because the items arrived in different shipments, they'd take double the cost out of our refund. This is a terrible way to run things. I'm done shopping there for good.

Stay away from this company! I bought a comforter set but had to send it back because the quality was poor and the colors looked faded and didn't fit right. I had to shell out almost $25 just for return shipping. The customer service is awful! They don't seem to care about taking care of their customers.

Used to really like shopping there, but recently ordered some towels that looked nothing like the color displayed online. Sending them back costs about a third of what I paid for them, roughly $24. Super frustrating.

Happy to report that Bed Bath and Beyond worked through their system to fix the problems I had.
