Terrible experience. The site advertises free easy returns but that's not how it works in reality. They won't actually take returns back and slap you with a big fee instead. Plus the items themselves feel cheap and have this chemical smell that's pretty strong

Got their cooling comforter and I absolutely love it. With the warm weather here, it really keeps me from overheating and I can actually sleep through the whole night without waking up drenched. Still not sure what they put in this thing but whatever it is, it works great

I washed my throw blanket following the instructions on low heat and dried it the same way. I don't have an iron available and using a steam press would be really tricky with something this big. Do you have any other suggestions to get rid of all these wrinkles because right now it looks pretty bad

Ordered what their website said were cooling bamboo sheets and when the package arrived it wasn't cooling sheets at all and I'm pretty sure it's not even actually bamboo. The sheets get hot and trap your body heat instead of releasing it. I tried calling their customer service but the number doesn't work and just hangs up on you. I did get an email response offering me 40 percent off and an apology about the product description not matching what I got, but that doesn't help when I can't even use the sheets. Clearly other people have complained about this too based on what I found online so something shady is going on. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere with a real reputation like a department store instead

Never got the product that was supposed to be for my pet. The company never shipped my order and I'm still waiting for them to process my refund. Bedsure really isn't dependable when it comes to actually sending what you pay for and ordering through their website or Amazon both seem sketchy. I literally tried getting this item three separate times, two orders through Amazon where I had to get refunds both times, and then I went straight through their website and I'm having the same problems again. Three strikes means I'm done trying. Still sitting here waiting on that refund to show up

My house experienced major water damage earlier this year and I reached out to see if they'd replace some damaged items including a pet bed and a heating blanket cord. They seemed willing to help and asked for my order number. A month went by with no replacement, so I followed up and was told it was still being processed. After another month I checked again and suddenly they changed their story, offering a coupon instead of replacements. From the start I said if they couldn't send replacements I'd just take the cord since two come with the blanket and one waterlogged cord meant half the blanket wasn't working. They said no way, I'd have to buy the whole blanket. I wouldn't even be upset if they hadn't guaranteed replacements in that first conversation

Picked up a dark gray queen sized pillowcase from them, washed it a couple times and threw it in the wash with my sheets once. That one cheap pillowcase ruined an expensive pillow I had. My sheets got stained, my mattress got stained, everything got ruined. I'm never ordering from this company again. They've destroyed my nice bedding. An eight dollar pillowcase caused hundreds in damage and now I have to replace all my bedding that got stained by whatever toxic material is on those pillowcases. Unacceptable. Unless they come through and actually compensate me for what their pillowcases destroyed, this review is staying as is

A friend gave me an electric blanket as a gift last year. I didn't break it out until recently but on my second time using it, it nearly caught fire. I noticed a strange smell and turned it off right away. When I looked closer I found a charred spot with exposed wiring about the size of a dime. I contacted their customer service asking for a refund or replacement since the blanket was clearly defective and dangerous. They said no because it had come from an unofficial seller even though I had the receipt. They kept pushing me to get documentation from my friend or have my friend deal with the seller directly. That put me in an awkward spot asking my friend to handle all that when really this was their responsibility. It's wrong that they acknowledged the problem but refused to take any action and that's not how a responsible company should behave

I've been using this bamboo waffle weave blanket and it's wonderful. I layer it underneath my comforter. Down here in Florida where it gets hot I actually prefer just using my top sheet with this blanket instead of everything else. It has the right amount of heft that you can feel it without it being stuffy. Love sleeping with it and I've put it through the wash twice.
